Efficient, timely, answered all our question and neat and practical installation.
The control features are good as is the mobile phone application. The user panel on the unit is large and easy to read. It is quiet and efficient and the temperature is stable. Even in winter it is only using the compressor/heat pump (not the heating element) and only takes a few hours to reheat the water during the day by our solar system, so will be very cheap to run. It was 3 degrees overnight, yet the temp only fell from 60 degree the night before to about 53 degrees in the morning, then only took 2 hours to reheat. It also has cable interface for dry-contacts on a solar inverter, could use this at a later stage to ensure you are only using excess solar power (like when you might be charging your car or other devices during the day) but probably not necessary considering how efficient it is. The installers also did a great job, only took half a day for the old solar boosted instant gas Rinnai heater to be removed, and the new Haier put in the same spot.Supplier Reply:
