End to end process - seamless
I built a new house and originally requested quotes to try and lock in the earlier rebate levels, however I was unable to get my builder to agree. During the quoting process Lenergy were happy to provide a level of discount that, while not equal to the amount that the rebate would have been definitely softened the blow.I requested to reschedule the install once, they requested once as well after that due to something urgent, however was kept up to date at all times.
On the day the installers were very professional, I was impressed by their work ethic and also the commitment to employing apprentices -- there was a real pride in their work. At the end of the day the installer went through all of the app items with me, and Lenergy sent me the manuals for the completed system afterwards.
The only concern I had was the following day -- no one mentioned that the battery would do a force charge from the grid to 100%, however when I searched online it was standard behaviour for it to calibrate itself.
