Jumping through the hurdles
The sales man was easy to understand,was abit pricey to start until i said what i was after but soon quoted a matching price with extra tilt frames an offering to handle the compiling of rates an information an sending off to be processed,,waiting while I gathered bills an rates an navigate credit check ,,identify me find agreement etc photos metre box etc all helpful because of my poor ability to transfer documents from one format to another to email etc ,,,,is there a physical paper form method that can be used for u none computer savey people to fill in an post to solar vic etc
Scammers
Absolutely unacceptable. They installed a single-phase inverter in a three-phase house, showing a complete lack of technical competence. As a result, the solar battery system has never worked properly. 45 days have passed and the issue is still not resolved, despite repeated follow-ups. This is not just poor service, it is negligence. They took the money and delivered a non-functional system. Avoid at all costs.As the issue remains unresolved after 45 days, I now have no choice but to take this matter to VCAT to seek a resolution. This should never be necessary for a brand-new solar battery installation
