Fantastic installer
I engaged Lee Merry from SMS to quote and install the 30kWh solar battery + 5 kWh inverter AlphaESS system at my residential property. Lee was extremely knowledgeable, very patient and highly professional throughout the entire sales/ purchasing and installation process. He visited the premises in-person to understand the requirements and assess the site where the battery system could be installed. He continued to provide post-delivery service, answering some of my technical questions pertaining to the system's operations. His team of installers were punctual and professional, tidied up after the installation to ensure my residential property remain tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee and SMS as an installer and ambassador for the solar products that you carry.Panel rating: 5/5
