Although the company made an error when installing the system, they quickly and efficently fixed the problem and gave me a real sense that they were not happy with the installation until I was completely satisfied.22 months later we asked Matthew: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

over all, I am quite satisfied with the work.

Great customer service.
Sales quoting has been painless. Only half done as of yet because we decided to add a hot water heater pump last lminute. This ment bringing in a plumber to disconnect the hot water solar system.
