Early glitches but fingers crossed going forward.
My solar system and battery were installed in early July 2026.Towards the end of August 2026, the inverter went offline and the system shutdown due to an installation issue which was remedied 13 days later.
In mid September 2026, one of the three battery modules failed and was replaced under warranty, arriving 26 days later from China.
Thankfully, the replacement battery was installed on the following day.
While I am disappointed that these issues occurred so soon after installation, I acknowledge that Solar Guild attended to the problems within a reasonable timeframe.
