Original Review on 01-09-2019:

Just installed awaiting smart meter installation so early days yet

I had the company owner come to site to assess the installation parameters. The installation went well, I'm just awaiting the replacement of the WIFI device as the wrong model was supplied with the inverter and, installation of same. Overall, the installation went very well. The customer service is excellent. Being an electronics engineer, I have taken over the grid connection process with my retailer, Red Energy. As mentioned, I am awaiting the smart meter install which I have requested they expidite this final component. Once done, I will negotiate a better rebate tariff as Reds is very poor at 11.5 cents / kWh Original ratings

8 months later we asked Phil: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

It's hard to tell at this point as the system has only been up and running for nine months . So far I am in credit with my electricity provider. It will be interesting to see how power generation versus consumption will fare over the winter months.
