The whole process from sale to after sales was super simple and fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with Aussie Solar Batteries.Battery rating: 5/5

Poor after sales support
The quote/sales process and subsequent installation were first class and the supplier quoted for, and provided, the Battery I wanted. Whilst the Battery has been working perfectly since the date of installation, I have some problems with Mobile App that is used used to monitor and control the Battery operations. There was also little explanation of documentation provided on the day of installation. I contacted Aussie Batteries three weeks ago to seek advice regarding the Mobile App and was told to forward a What's App message to their Tech Services Dept and they would contact me and provide the necessary support. At this stage I am still waiting for a response. As I indicated, the Battery is working fine at the moment but, given the lack of support on the relatively minor problem of understanding how the Mobile App works, I am somewhat concerned about what support/advice/service will be provided if the Battery itself starts to malfunction.
