We were told we would have an Australian made inverter of 3kw fitted,only to find out we actually got some Korean branded thing.We were also told we would have Munchen brand,250w panels that operate in low light as they function off uv light but we ended up with Hanover branded panels.We are currently awaiting a response from Australian Country Solar as to why it all changed,we have not paid the outstanding funds & will not until we get a reasonable result..It has been 4 weeks wait for an answer & still we have not heard...Very poor customer service, they promise everything but deliver nothing of quality..The electricians that did the install we're fabulous on the other hand...Do not use A.C.S. aka ASA/ASX...

The installer was a sub-contractor and he took his time and did a neat installation and explained the Apps for the batteries.
Sales and quotes were acceptable and deposit discussed. They requested full payment when batteries were delivered. I declined and requested a full installation and certification of the batteries. After battery installation I was pressured to pay up. Once again, I requested for certification. Took them ten days, only then I paid the balance.Installation is very neat and tidy. Only thing is the installer left behind empty boxes and Styrofoam saying he did not bring the batteries. ADS said they will look into it but nothing done yet. The install was done on 1st May. 2026.
I am not fully certain how to use the App for FOX-ess batteries.
