Fastest Install Timeline
Had a great experience with Autra Batteries. Zac from their sales team provided excellent customer service and were clear and responsive throughout the process. They also had the fastest install timeline I have seen. Contract signed and deposit paid on 23 Jan 2026, with installation completed by 27 Jan 2026. Pricing was very sharp and competitive. I had a 42 kWh FoxESS battery system installed with a 15 kW FoxESS three phase inverter and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended!

Quick process and fantastic job
The sales and quoting process was smooth and transparent. Everything was explained clearly, and the quote matched what was delivered.The installation went very well — the team was punctual and worked efficiently. They kept the area tidy throughout and cleaned up properly once the job was finished.
Customer service was excellent. They were helpful in explaining how everything works and assisted with organising the grid connection after installation, which made the whole process stress-free. They managed to book the job in few days after accepting the quote and got it completed just before Christmas. Truly appreciate their efforts in doing so.
Overall, a very positive experience.

Seamless Solar Battery Install with Top-Notch Service

They were incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish, with outstanding communication and always prompt to respond to questions and updates. The turnaround for installation was impressively quick, and there were zero issues on site.The installer was polite, professional, and super helpful, explaining everything clearly. They even cleaned up perfectly afterwards, leaving no mess. Highly recommend for anyone in Sydney looking for reliable solar battery service!

Great Product and Installation
Highly recommend Autra Batteries.I recently had a 41.9kW Fox ESS battery system installed by Autra Batteries, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service.A huge thank you to Shail Sehgal for his exceptional professionalism and expert advice. He took the time to truly understand my requirements, showed great patience, and answered every question I had. I also appreciated how quickly he organised the installation. Even after the job was complete, Shail was readily available to help me navigate the app and understand my system's data.
On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and demonstrated top-tier workmanship. Their work was incredibly neat, and they left the site spotless. I’ve already recommended Autra Batteries to my neighbour and several others interested in Solar and battery solution

Highly professional to deal with.
We had our solar battery system installed last week by Autra Batteries Australia. We are happy to say that we are very satisfied with the whole process from quotation, contract signing and up to installation. Once I saw their office and warehouse with Sahil as the salesperson, we have shortlisted them. Then a few days later, we were offered very fair price by Sahil, so we decided to go ahead and take advantage of the 2025 battery rebates. Delivery and installation were on time and on schedule. Great Installation Quality – Clarify Wiring Costs Upfront
First, clarify any extra wiring costs upfront—I had a hiccup there because of my installation locations required extra wiring. Once that was sorted, the experience was excellent.The team was very tidy. Workmanship was outstanding: conduits laid neatly, wiring tagged, roof work aligned to avoid extra holes, and thorough cleanup indoors and outdoors. They even cleaned minor marks in the attic.
After-sales support was impressive—I had a fault alarm the next day (on a weekend), and they attended within three hours and fixed it promptly. Overall, great quality and responsive service.

Excellent service from first contact to installation
I was a little hesitant to go with Autra Batteries initially due to being a new company but their sales person Ashley was professional and well informed and assisted me with all of the questions I had. Equally the installers on the day were professional, provided me early on with understanding of any minor adjustments required for the install and gave me a rough estimate for when they’d be done, which was accurate. Their work was very tidy and took up less wall space than I expected. The system is running well so far without any early issues. Highly recommended!

Five Stars! Professional Installer with reasonable price
We are absolutely thrilled with our new solar battery system from Autra Batteries Australia ! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service team was incredibly friendly and supportive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.The installation team of electricians was highly professional, punctual, and meticulous with their work. The Fox Ess batteries is not only reliable and efficient but also has a surprisingly sleek, high-end design – it looks great on our wall!
Considering the quality of the product and the excellent service, the price was very reasonable. The best feeling is knowing we are now energy independent and will barely have to pay an electricity bill again. Just thinking about it puts a smile on our face!

Super-efficient and professional service
The whole process from quotation to installation was completed smoothly within a few days.I had been dealing with another solar battery installer for months but failed to finalize a satisfactory quotation, even after numerous emails and phone calls. However, just minutes after a phone call with their sales Raphael, I was provided with a competitive quote for what I need. Raphael then scheduled the installation of the battery system a few days later. The installation was professionally completed as scheduled and without any hassle.
