Autra Batteries Australia - install experience

Overall, I’m very happy with my new setup from Autra Batteries. If you're looking for a solid energy solution, they are definitely worth considering, though I have one key piece of advice for a smoother experience.
The Sales Process: Getting started was incredibly straightforward. The initial sales phase was simple, transparent, and low-pressure, which I really appreciated.
A Pro-Tip: I highly recommend insisting on a site inspection prior to signing up. We had a minor discrepancy between the initial quote and the actual site requirements, but to their credit, the team worked diligently to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
The Installation: The crew was fantastic. The installers were professional, arrived on time, and kept the workspace very tidy. They did a great job with the final fit-out, and the quality of the work is evident.
Final Verdict: Despite the minor hurdle early on, Autra proved they care about customer service. I’d happily recommend them—just make sure you get those eyes on the ground before you ink the deal!

Great battery installation and service

Sales process was a breeze with Hayden who provided quotes and suggestions on what would suit best recommending a new battery that was recently CEC approved. Installers arrived and helped optimize and provide services as additional upgrade free of charge. Quickly implemented and were done in a few hours. Overall very happy with my new battery system

Excellent service, quick installation and very competitive price

We recently had an EnergyLIB system installed by Autra Batteries Australia and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Ben, the Sales Coordinator, was amazingly helpful and offered us a very competitive price. He explained everything clearly, anspwered all our questions patiently, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish, it took him only a week to organise the installation.

We installed a 48kWh battery system with an impressive 8000 lifecycles, giving it an estimated 22 years running lifespan. The system also comes with a 10-year warranty for both the 10kW inverter and the battery, which gave us real peace of mind.

The installation lead by Kevin was completely professional — neat, efficient, and well-organised.

Performance-wise, the system has exceeded our expectations. We can now easily run our ducted AC at night, charge our PHEV (13 Amp, 3kW home charger), and use all our usual home appliances directly from the battery. What’s even more impressive is that by morning, we still have around 42% charge left.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend EnergyLIB to anyone looking for a reliable and high-capacity home energy solution.

Great Value Battery Install with Fast Turnaround

We chose this installer for our 42kW FoxESS battery system and it’s been a really positive experience.

The quote was very competitive and clearly explained. Once we signed the agreement, the install happened in under a week which was impressive.

The installation team were friendly, punctual and clearly knew what they were doing. The battery install looks clean and professionally done. We also had them install an EV charger that we supplied, and they charged a very competitive rate for that as well.

Communication was straightforward the whole way through, and they took the time to explain how everything works before they left.

Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend them to anyone considering battery storage.

Excellent product, great value for money

We recently have 8.8kw solar panels, 41.93kwh Fox ESS battery with 10WK inverter installed by Autra Batteries. Their price was competitive and sales process was transparent. very short waiting time for installation. Staffs are friendly.
We had some issues with the solar panel installation, they came back to fix it after a couple of phone calls
Overall, we are very happy with the system, and would recommend the company to anyone considering getting a home battery.

Very helpful team

After installation of the battery, our solar only produced 3kw/h. We later found it was due to the solar inverter restricting the generation. After getting in touch with the team and expressing my disappointment, they worked outside of business hours to rectify the problem although it was not their product causing the restriction. I am now a very happy customer. Special shout out to Ashley in sales and Li in customer service.

Great install, professionally done, very neat and tidy

Ricky Narsi was great in explaining the correct battery i needed and also explained things i wasn't even aware of. Was true to his word with the cost and gave me a great deal.

The installer from Endeavour Energy was also great, he completed the total install in one day and explained what he was doing the whole was through.

Battery installation

Recently got installed 12kw Three phase with 48kw Energy LIB battery in my newly built home. Love the way it works, in a couple of days my usage was 21kw per day but now I can track and see that I'm only using 21w to 25w from the grid. Everything is great and it supported my current panels. Sahil was great and knows what he is talking about. He explained about the 8000 Lifes cycles of the battery which is more than 2000 lifecycles comparing with all the other brands.

Installers are professional and they were punctual. Whatever was promised in the contract was completed in a timely manner. It was raining the whole day but it didn’t stop them. Great service by Sahil and Autra Batteries Technicians Team. Good Luck

Great team to work with!

We recently added a 42kw Fox ESS battery to our existing solar setup through Autra Batteries Australia, and the experience was top-notch. From the initial quote to the final commissioning, the team was professional and transparent

The installers arrived on time, kept the site clean, and took the time to walk me through the monitoring app before they left. I’m already seeing a massive drop in our grid reliance during the evening peaks. If you're looking for a hassle-free battery install, I highly recommend these guys!

Great from start to finish

Autra asked relevant questions as did I to them about the process, quote and installation. Quotes arrived almost immediately and adjusted again for a bigger inverter. It could be installed within a week with their own in house installation team, not outsourced. Installation was very smooth and complete in 2.5 hours. The team answered all my questions well on the day, were on time and cleaned up afterwards. They helped register the app with Fox and setting it up, a brief tutorial and the system was working well and they left. (Safety Data Sheets included). Battery installed inside garage, about a meter from the power box on the opposite side of the wall.

Prompt quoting and excellent customer service

After getting a few quotes from solar battery providers, we asked our neighbour, who had recently had a solar battery installed. They recommended Autra Batteries Australia.
We got in contact with Autra Batteries online and promptly heard from Rita. Rita sent us all the relevant information and answered our many questions. We sent video, photographs and measurements prior to receiving the final quote. We decided to go ahead and paid the $500 deposit.
We waited a few days to get an install date when we got a call late on a Friday notifying us there was a vacancy the follow day which we were happy with.
The installers turned up on the install date, we did have one cable that was unaccounted for in the quote, however they negotiated a price and we went ahead with the install.
The whole installation took around 5 hours, they were very polite and knowledgeable and answered many queries we had on the day.
Once the battery was installed they helped us set up the app and explained how it works.
After service has been excellent. Autra batteries have provided advice on electricity providers to suit our particular circumstances. So far we are very happy with our battery and are already in credit when we were previously receiving electricity bills.
We would recommend using Autra Batteries Australia to anyone considering getting a home battery.

Fastest Install Timeline

Had a great experience with Autra Batteries. Zac from their sales team provided excellent customer service and were clear and responsive throughout the process. They also had the fastest install timeline I have seen. Contract signed and deposit paid on 23 Jan 2026, with installation completed by 27 Jan 2026. Pricing was very sharp and competitive. I had a 42 kWh FoxESS battery system installed with a 15 kW FoxESS three phase inverter and everything was done smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended!

The installation went very well — the team was punctual and worked efficiently. They kept the area tidy throughout and cleaned up properly once the job was finished.

Highly professional to deal with.

We had our solar battery system installed last week by Autra Batteries Australia. We are happy to say that we are very satisfied with the whole process from quotation, contract signing and up to installation. Once I saw their office and warehouse with Sahil as the salesperson, we have shortlisted them. Great Installation Quality – Clarify Wiring Costs Upfront

First, clarify any extra wiring costs upfront—I had a hiccup there because of my installation locations required extra wiring. Once that was sorted, the experience was excellent.
The team was very tidy. Workmanship was outstanding: conduits laid neatly, wiring tagged, roof work aligned to avoid extra holes, and thorough cleanup indoors and outdoors. They even cleaned minor marks in the attic.

After-sales support was impressive—I had a fault alarm the next day (on a weekend), and they attended within three hours and fixed it promptly. Overall, great quality and responsive service.

Excellent service from first contact to installation

I was a little hesitant to go with Autra Batteries initially due to being a new company but their sales person Ashley was professional and well informed and assisted me with all of the questions I had. Equally the installers on the day were professional, provided me early on with understanding of any minor adjustments required for the install and gave me a rough estimate for when they’d be done, which was accurate. Their work was very tidy and took up less wall space than I expected. The system is running well so far without any early issues. Highly recommended!
