Autra Batteries Australia

We recently had solar panels and battery installed by Autra Batteries Australia and I wish I had done it sooner.
I had a very good experience with the sales team.
The installation team did a great job and took away all the rubbish when finished.
8.55 kWh of panels seems to be more than enough to run the pool and AC as it combines with a massive 48kWh Energy-lib battery which has enough storage to cover several consecutive overcast days. The battery has built in fire suppression and a bunch of other advanced technology. The app for the Deye 10kWh inverter is easy to use but the web page is better for viewing graphs and you can export everything to Excel.

Exceptional service, unbeatable price, and a lightning-fast turnaround!

I was referred to Autra by a friend who recently had a system installed, and I am absolutely thrilled that I decided to go with them! I was looking to add a 48kW battery with DC coupling to my existing solar setup, and Autra provided the most competitive quote by far for this specific configuration.

I have to give a massive shoutout to my contact person, James. His responsiveness and dedication throughout the entire process were genuinely next-level. We first spoke on a Friday, and he somehow managed to get absolutely everything organized and ready for a Monday installation. He was completely on top of ensuring I secured the federal rebate before it expired, which I hugely appreciate.

What really stood out was James's willingness to answer all of my queries over the weekend. We had a tricky obstacle to sort out because our gas supply was sitting right next to the installation site, but he helped me navigate it without any stress.

The technicians who came out provided incredibly professional service and completed the job perfectly on time. I couldn't be happier with this company and highly recommend Autra and James to anyone looking to upgrade their system!

Very impressed with the whole experience

My salesperson Dylan did a fantastic job with explaining and organising the whole process in proper English not to mention negotiating a very good price.
The installer Stanley arrived on time and did a beautiful neat and clean installation making sure everything was installed correctly due to my house being listed as heritage.
All in all the whole experience was a delight I would recommend Autra Batteries to everyone.

Very happy with the quality of customer service from both office and installer.

The whole team is polite and respectful. Sales team is easy to talk to and no matter who you speak to, they always try to help.

Great value, smooth installation, and excellent performance

I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. The price was reasonable, and the installation was completed within two weeks after the initial consultation. The installer was friendly, professional, and did a very clean job.

The battery has been working well since the installation, and I can clearly see the electricity savings through the app, which is great.

One thing I’d recommend is to read the contract carefully when they send it after paying the deposit. Everything went smoothly for me, but it’s always good to double check the details.

Excellent Installation

Sales Team - Daniel was excellent in providing quote and responding to question asked within 2 hours whether weekend or long weekend. Discussed the quote and recommendation of the products. Quote was to supply and install LIB 48 kWh battery (LIB rechargeable Li-ion Battery Pack) + Deye Low Voltage Hybrid Inverter Single Phase10KW + JA Solar 475 N Type Double Glass 30mm EVOE (22) solar panels.
The installers were very polite and friendly. They were punctual and helpful. All rubbish was takeaway and the site was left clean. All work was performed with in 5 hours.
Customer services were excellent, Daniel helped organise the quote, installation. Including grid connection. I was given a customer support number to download the Deye App to monitor the system. When contacting the customer support team within an hour I was given instruction to download the app and once I had downloaded and logged into the app, they gave me access to my system including a demo plant.
Overall I am very happy with Daniel's customer service and the product installed.

Battery Installation

Having benefitted from solar panels for the last six years we decided to take the next step and buy a battery. By chance I read an article regarding Autra Batteries and the new LIB Chinese batteries. I contacted Autra Batteries along with two other firms supplying batteries to obtain comparable quotes. Daniel, at Autra Batteries provided the quotation, which turned out to be the lowest of the three quotations. In addition, Autra Batteries guaranteed to install the battery before the Federal Government's battery subsidy reduced on 1st May. One of the other companies who quoted were unable to guarantee that the installation would take place before the 1st May.
Two weeks after signing the contract, the battery was installed. It takes about half a day to carry out the installation work. The electricians carrying out the work were punctual, tidy and efficient.
The following day two members of the Autra Battery Customer Service team attended the property to explain to my wife and I how the system work and added the monitoring App to our mobile phones.
All in all a five star experience from start to finish.

Excellent service all around!

We had an excellent experience with Autra Batteries from the initial sales call, quote, organising the installation and the installation itself.
Dylan (who assisted us on the call) was very informative, answered all our questions clearly and gave advice suitable to our needs.
Once agreed on the system, the installation process was seamless. The install was organised within days and the Installers who showed up were on time and efficient and took the time to explain the app and how the battery worked. Overall, we received excellent service and we are very happy with the service we received with Autra Batteries and we highly recommend them if you are considering putting in a battery system.

Highly recommended

I purchased an Energy Lib 48kwh solar battery. It was good value.I received good customer service from Dylan the salesperson.He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions.The install happened about a week after I paid my deposit & the install team were very punctual & the installation process went well without any issues.They even set up the battery app on my husbands phone so we can see how it charges. I would highly recommend Autra Batteries.

Great experience

I just had an EnergyLIB 48kWh battery system installed by AUTRA BATTERIES AUSTRALIA. It was a great eyxperience from beginning to the end. The sales executiive Daniel was professional, patient and very helpful. The batttery was installed within a week and the techincians were pleasent to deal with and had it done as agreed. The customer service was quick and efficient to have the app set up ready to go. The battery system is performing well and has exceeded all my expectations. It is such a treat to watch on the app how the battery stores energy during the day and power the house through out the night. I just wish I had it done earlier!

Great installation, prompt, neat and tidy

Salesperson Ricky was very helpful in selecting our package, he seems very knowledgeable about the products and what would be suitable for our situation.

Despite initial communication issues, the installation of the EnergyLIB 48kW battery and the Deye single-phase 10kW inverter was prompt - 8 days from deposit.

The installers Kevin and Slater, were very helpful in offering a closer installation solution to our meter board than we had planned. They were very polite, professional and courteous. All the cabling and fittings completed are neat and tidy.

42kWh FoxESS Battery and Solar Install - Mid North Coast NSW

Recently had a 42kWh FoxESS battry installed with 10kW solar panels by Autra Batteries.

Jess from sales worked with me in order to agree on a competative price and good terms, including no deposit. There were not many installers willing to install on the Mid North Coast of NSW, but once locking in with Autra installation was originally scheduled within 2 weeks, although had to be cancelled due to bad weather, but again scheduled for 2 weeks following. Very happy with that timeframe, given some other retailers taking months to schedule non-metro work.

Overall the install crew was easy to work with and performed a neat job. Happy to take the team to run me through how the system functioned through the app and how the wiring was completed. Would recommend.

The best service with good price

Communicable and worked promptly

I came across Autra Batteries online whilst looking for a battery quote. Autra Batteries offered a very competitive quote for a new LIB ESS 48kWh battery system. They were very prompt and transparent and discussed the varying options that we could have to fulfil our needs. We live in the Central Coast region and they were able to connect to their team of installers who were able to do an excellent job in installing the batteries and cleaned up the site appropriately within half a day. We had the battery and inverter systems explained to us and they also provided aftercare support. I highly recommend Autra Batteries despite being a new company.

Quality service and knowlegable team

Overall, I’m very happy with my new setup from Autra Batteries. If you're looking for a solid energy solution, they are definitely worth considering, though I have one key piece of advice for a smoother experience.
The Sales Process: Getting started was incredibly straightforward. The initial sales phase was simple, transparent, and low-pressure, which I really appreciated.
A Pro-Tip: I highly recommend insisting on a site inspection prior to signing up. We had a minor discrepancy between the initial quote and the actual site requirements, but to their credit, the team worked diligently to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
The Installation: The crew was fantastic. The installers were professional, arrived on time, and kept the workspace very tidy. They did a great job with the final fit-out, and the quality of the work is evident.

We recently had an EnergyLIB system installed by Autra Batteries Australia and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Ben, the Sales Coordinator, was amazingly helpful and offered us a very competitive price. He explained everything clearly, anspwered all our questions patiently, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish, it took him only a week to organise the installation.

We installed a 48kWh battery system with an impressive 8000 lifecycles, giving it an estimated 22 years running lifespan. The system also comes with a 10-year warranty for both the 10kW inverter and the battery, which gave us real peace of mind.

The installation lead by Kevin was completely professional — neat, efficient, and well-organised.

Performance-wise, the system has exceeded our expectations. We can now easily run our ducted AC at night, charge our PHEV (13 Amp, 3kW home charger), and use all our usual home appliances directly from the battery. What’s even more impressive is that by morning, we still have around 42% charge left.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend EnergyLIB to anyone looking for a reliable and high-capacity home energy solution.

Great Value Battery Install with Fast Turnaround

We chose this installer for our 42kW FoxESS battery system and it’s been a really positive experience.

The quote was very competitive and clearly explained. Once we signed the agreement, the install happened in under a week which was impressive.

The installation team were friendly, punctual and clearly knew what they were doing. The battery install looks clean and professionally done. We also had them install an EV charger that we supplied, and they charged a very competitive rate for that as well.

Communication was straightforward the whole way through, and they took the time to explain how everything works before they left.

Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend them to anyone considering battery storage.

We recently have 8.8kw solar panels, 41.93kwh Fox ESS battery with 10WK inverter installed by Autra Batteries. Their price was competitive and sales process was transparent. very short waiting time for installation. Staffs are friendly.
We had some issues with the solar panel installation, they came back to fix it after a couple of phone calls
Overall, we are very happy with the system, and would recommend the company to anyone considering getting a home battery.

Very helpful team

After installation of the battery, our solar only produced 3kw/h. We later found it was due to the solar inverter restricting the generation. After getting in touch with the team and expressing my disappointment, they worked outside of business hours to rectify the problem although it was not their product causing the restriction. I am now a very happy customer. Special shout out to Ashley in sales and Li in customer service.

Battery installation

Recently got installed 12kw Three phase with 48kw Energy LIB battery in my newly built home. Love the way it works, in a couple of days my usage was 21kw per day but now I can track and see that I'm only using 21w to 25w from the grid. Everything is great and it supported my current panels. Sahil was great and knows what he is talking about. He explained about the 8000 Lifes cycles of the battery which is more than 2000 lifecycles comparing with all the other brands.

Installers are professional and they were punctual. Whatever was promised in the contract was completed in a timely manner. It was raining the whole day but it didn’t stop them. Great service by Sahil and Autra Batteries Technicians Team. Good Luck

Great team to work with!

We recently added a 42kw Fox ESS battery to our existing solar setup through Autra Batteries Australia, and the experience was top-notch. From the initial quote to the final commissioning, the team was professional and transparent

The installers arrived on time, kept the site clean, and took the time to walk me through the monitoring app before they left. I’m already seeing a massive drop in our grid reliance during the evening peaks. If you're looking for a hassle-free battery install, I highly recommend these guys!

Great from start to finish

Autra asked relevant questions as did I to them about the process, quote and installation. Quotes arrived almost immediately and adjusted again for a bigger inverter. It could be installed within a week with their own in house installation team, not outsourced. Installation was very smooth and complete in 2.5 hours. The team answered all my questions well on the day, were on time and cleaned up afterwards. They helped register the app with Fox and setting it up, a brief tutorial and the system was working well and they left. (Safety Data Sheets included). Battery installed inside garage, about a meter from the power box on the opposite side of the wall.
