"My experience with this company has been very disappointing. The installation showed poor workmanship, communication throughout the process was inadequate, and my written inquiries have gone unanswered. Based on this, I cannot recommend their services."I am now looking at my options on reporting the poor workmanship/communication to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

Has Energy overall
I delt with Nick - General Manager/ Sales and from Day 1 there was no pressure to go with Has Energy, which put me at ease. Nick looked and my old system and then we spoke and exchanged ideas and then he came to the conclusion of what size battery and system that I needed for my property. All this time he was not pushing me to sign with him.On installation Day the Team (7 workers) arrived and all came up to me and greeted me all very polite. Then they went to work to do their own jobs (it was a very big job) approx 8 hrs. They were all great and if I asked a question they were very helpfull in their response. The electrician spent hours completing a full power board rebuild as well.
When the installation was finished they organised grid connection and showed me how to use the battery system and how to monitor it all too.
At the end of the day they all got stuck in and cleaned everything up no mess anywhere and then they all came and shook my hand and said good bye .
Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Has Energy for any Solar and Battery Installations in the future and when people ask me who did my installation I will tell them Has Energy did it and I highly recommend them .
