You can’t beat them for value
I had quotes almost twice of what I paid through Isolux. Shivran who I deal with is very professional and proactive I am an electrician and have gone over their work thoroughly and it is all good . The performance of my system is very impressive with Jinko panels and Sungrow inverter and battery .Panel rating: 5/5

Great solar system
Great experience, recommendations and installation. We went for a 13.6kW system with 10k battery... System performing above expectations and sales speech so far! Highly recommendedInverter rating: 5/5

Fantastic service and value for money.
Customer service was great from the sales rep who explainable aspects of the solar world. This enabled us to make an informed decision without pressure.Installation was fast and installers were very professional and polite.
Even got a follow up call to make sure we were happy

Fantastic company
Brilliant company.Can not recommend them enough.
The installers were great.
They even upgraded my meter at a very comparative rate to 3phase so that I could have a 13.2 kwh system.
Panels and inverter used from the solar quotes chart and yet the price for 13.2kwh panels and a 3phase 10kwh inverter in the low 6k range.

Smart Meter has not been installed by my energy provider so I do not know, how well it works.

Although you did provide me with the name of a local company, I got a door-to-door Isolux salesman around the same time and he seemed to know his stuff, pointing out that the quote I had received did not include connection to the grid. His included that, and was cheaper too. The guys they used to install were also good and fast. They came in the morning, installed eleven panels, and my system was feeding power into the grid by noon. It has only been a few days, but so far so good.

Be careful
Just share my real experience with Isolux. My case went like this:1, Got 3 quotes in August. After discussing and comparing solutions and prices, I especially sent an email to Isolux to confirm whether they have their own CEC-certified electricians and installers. They replied YES.
2, So, on 12/08/2025, I signed an agreement with Isolux and paid the deposit $500. The key points of the confirmation email from them included: They will complete the installation before 30/09/2025; All installers are CEC-certified professionals. They do not work with subcontractors…
3, Because time was close to the end of September and no one contacted with me, I email to them to ask when they would come to install it on 24/09/2025. No reply.
4, On 01/10/2025, I sent another email to ask them whether they had a new timetable or they thought it was too hard to install it. And I could change the plan or cancel the installation. One guy replied they would update me the next day.
5, However, no one replied me to give any update or further information about it after that. I also contacted the salesman on WhatsApp, and he replied me on 23/10/2025 that they were waiting for the installers to reply for the installation date as they were very busy…. So, I was confused about how they said they had their own installers and did not work with subcontractors.
6, Due to their reply, I could not believe they could finish the installation in the near future. More importantly, even if they install it someday, I cannot believe they will provide any customer service.
7, According to their refund policy, clients can refund if installation is not finished within 6 weeks after the target installation date. On 10/11/2025, I sent an email to them to cancel this agreement and refund the deposit. One guy replied to ask my bank account detail. Today 14/11/2025, I haven’t received the refund yet. I have no idea when they will refund me.
I hope this experience could give you some ideas for how to choose a company to install solar system.
