Great service
I contacted these guys for an additional battery install. They were prompt and professional. The battery came with an issue from supplier, and the Nexa guys sorted it out quickly and efficiently!While doing the instal they also discovered the original installer had used undersized cables, which the Nexa guys were happy to upgrade to what they should have been in the first place, for a very good price.
I can highly recommend and will also use again in the future for any solar needs I may have

Fantastic Service from Start to Finish!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Nexa Energy! From the initial quote right through to the installation and after-sales support, everything was handled professionally and made really easy for me.The quoting process was straightforward, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. On installation day, the installers were punctual, polite and friendly. They did a great job, worked neatly and left everything clean and tidy.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. They were helpful throughout the whole process, made sure everything was taken care of, including the grid connection, and helped me understand how to use the charger.
It’s not often you come across a company that makes the whole experience feel this easy and stress-free. I’m genuinely glad I chose Nexa Energy and would happily recommend them to friends and family.
