Hassle free quotes, discounted price, easy to deal with all the way through, connections easy, all good . Very Happy. the
Grid connection easily carried out.Inspections done without any hassle.
Installation tidy , on time .
Contracted 13.2kW — delivered 11.75kW, and numerous issues unresolved. Beligerent responses to concerns raised.
The sales and quoting process was professional and responsive. A detailed contract was signed on 5 January for a 13.20 kW solar system and 48 kWh battery storage at a contracted price of $14,000. However, changes were made to equipment and specifications during the lead-up to installation without written variations to the contract, which became the source of significant disputes later.Installation took place on 26 March, compressed into a single day. They didn't have enough time and left at 9.30 pm, with many issues unfinished. The crew were polite. However, the installation left solar panel brackets leaning against the house which required a third-party contractor to remove, and holes in the garage wall from removal works remain unrepaired despite a warranty clause in the contract requiring Revolutionary Solar to repair damage caused by its contractors.
Customer service after installation has been poor. The system was delivered at 11.75 kW against a contracted 13.20 kW — a shortfall that was not communicated by the installer until the following morning and only after I raised it. Despite a formal Notice of Dispute issued 31 March and numerous written communications, the primary issues remain unresolved. The Electrical Certificate of Compliance contained inaccuracies. Inverter monitoring access has been withheld pending payment of a disputed invoice. SAPN export approval testing has also been withheld pending payment.
