Stress free installation
Shae and his team provided an excellent solar and battery installation at our home.Initially I was cautious about solar but I was impressed by SJ Solar's work at a neighbouring house.
Our work and its system performance has exceeded my expectations.

Successful Installation
A very successfull installation completed today by the SJ Power install team lead by Ethan. 48kw Sigenergy battery, 30kw 3P inverter + Gateway providing full backup during power interruptions, which occur frequently were I live. Everyone was very efficient, professional and I was impressed by their work ethic. They communicated well with me to insure a successful install was achieved. My appreciation also goes to Shae and Clare to get this project going from day one and making sure everything was going smoothly. Shae is definitely running a efficient operation.Thank you to all involved.

The team from SJ Power were great with our battery install. Shae was very helpful during the site visit talking through the best options for our situation. The guys that did the install were very professional, on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the final product.Battery rating: 5/5
Would I use SJ Power again? Absolutely.
SJ Power is a great small business to deal with; they simply do what they say they will do.From the moment I made contact, communication with Shae and the team was prompt and clear. Emails, texts, and calls were always returned quickly. When a longer discussion was required, it was scheduled at a mutually convenient time and confirmed in advance via text.
Shae and his team know their products intimately. There was no guessing or making things up. On the day of install, before the team left, they gave an extensive demonstration of the system, including grid-connected mode, outage mode (including solar charging), and isolation procedures. They also gave me a "crash course" in the Sigenergy app, which was very intuitive.
The installation team was excellent and communicated clearly throughout the day. Anything they were unsure about—or that I looked nervous about—was discussed and agreed upon in advance so there were no surprises. They cleaned every work area (even vacuuming) and left the house exactly as they found it. I’m quite fussy about aesthetics, and clearly, they are too. Most cabling was run through the roof or wall cavities; where that wasn't possible, the conduit work was extremely tidy. The end result is first-class.
Shae’s pricing was competitive with other local installers, and he was wiling to discuss any questions I had regarding the quoted price.
It was about 3 weeks from initial contact to installation. At first I thought this could be a sign of potential problems, but it ended up being a blessing.
Would I use SJ Power again? Absolutely. Every day of the week, without hesitation.
