Awful experience. So arrogant.

Will never use again. Apart from the main salesman who is wasting everybody’s time by talking excessively, to the point where we both felt like leaving our own house, they have never offered us any follow-up customer service. I have asked them three times for a quote for a battery, they have never returned my call. I now have a new modem and I’m trying to hook up my installed inverter to the new modem which wasn’t working. I telephoned them to ask them for support and the young man on the phone laughed at me and mentioned that there might be a telephone number for the manufacturer. When I told him that this was far from an easy process, he told me that he didn’t feel like helping me. When I replied to that I didn’t care about whether he felt like helping me or not he simply hung up. They have not returned my calls, nor do I ever expect them to. They have simply taken my money and cut for it. If you want any follow-up customer service ever again for the extremely complicated system that comes with this inverter, don’t hold your breath.

Albany System

The salesman appeared to know the rules, regs, limitations and benefits of the system we had installed. It was only a 5.5kw system which is the maximum allowed under the rules from Western Power.
Quoting was efficient and on time. Installation took a while (had to cancel once because of the wet weather) but up and running within a week of the installation.
Installer was polite, efficient and helpful and did everything needed to connect to the grid.
Salesman returned and showed me how the inverter worked and switched the system on.
Waiting now for our first bill from Western Power to see if there is any difference.
