Open friendly and honest
Sunray Power were my first quote , salesman on time with good knowledge and understood the type of system I was seeking (mid range Type 6 kw System at best price).I had to delay install 4 weeks due to work commitments (as I wanted to be there) and not a problem , arrived early and fully cleaned on departure with system explained.
Followed up grid supplier 2 weeks later to confirm new system and they had been emailed the system details the day following install
Overall very happy with the experience
8 months later we asked Glen: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Due to the direction of my house , the system is a little below my expectations but overall good10 February 2021
Fantastic customer service
We took over the solar with the purchase of our property and Dave has been amazing from the very beginning. Can't thank him enough for all his help and advice. He's gone out of his way to provide information and stay in touch and update us. Really appreciate his work.
