Terrible Experience
Akash from UPL solar has promised so many times installation dates but the team never show up. I guess they have played so many customers with fake dates while expecting the customers to understand and accept their empty promises.26 January 2025

Delayed Battery Issue Fix and Poor Communication
We recently had solar panels installed by this company and the installation itself initially went smoothly. Everything appeared to be working for about 3 days. After that, we were informed there was a battery issue and the system was not starting.We were told the issue would be fixed within 1–2 weeks. At the same time, we were asked to make payment. We explained we would pay after the work was fully completed, but we were advised to at least pay part of the amount, so we paid half.
It has now been 4 weeks and we are still waiting for the issue to be fixed. Unfortunately, there has been no proper update or communication from their side during this time, which has been very frustrating.
We are hoping they will resolve the issue soon and improve their communication with customers. At this stage, we are disappointed with the delay and lack of follow-up.
