Outstanding Experience
Tim provided us with an excellent understanding of the systems and our requirements. He was patient and provided answers to our many questions, ensuring we could make an informed decision. The team were very professional during the installation process. All were polite and well presented. The quality of workmanship and equipment was a reflection of the finished job. Exceptional service, punctuality, on-going communication and workmanship. Tim also assisted us with all paperwork for the Smart Meter. We were provided with an explanation of the final product, App and ongoing usage.I would absolutely recommend this company.

Professional, Reliable, and Easy to Deal With
We recently had Tim and his team install our solar system and battery, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.Communication was excellent throughout the process. Tim was always responsive, clear, and happy to answer any questions, making everything easy to understand and stress-free. His team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.
The installation was completed on time and to a very high standard. Everything was organised, efficient, and carried out exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to work with a business that genuinely delivers on its commitments.

Beyond all expectation!
We engaged Tim to design and install a full battery and Solar system on our property. From start to finish I can't fault the service. Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was also good dealing with just one person throughout the process.Thanks guys!

Excellent, neat, good quality workmanship - friendly team.
Tim and his team did a first class job. Good old fashioned hard working team, friendly and punctual. The installation is very neat. Tim provided good advice on which products to use and where they should go.Recommended. Would use again.

First Class
After talking to several Electrical/Solar companies on the Central Coast, I called Tim at All Phases Electrical and Solar to ask if he would work on the Central Coast as I know he is based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. I found Tim's advice to be very knowledgeable with Solar and Battery systems and could not go past the system he was proposing to install at my house. After excepting Tim's proposal and setting the date, Tim and his team completed the work with no fuss and cleaned up and removed all rubbish. I can highly recommend Tim and the All Phases Electrical and Solar team to anyone thinking of getting a Solar system or Solar and Battery system.Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic Installer - Outstanding Customer Service & Communication - Nothing Too Much Trouble
The sales / quoting process was easy - Tim (the Proprietor) attended our home outside of hours, on a Saturday morning. He answered all our queries and questions using easy to follow language.Pricing was more than competitive.
The installation went very very well - it was all done by Tim and his Team in a day. All of the All Phases Electrical Team were, polite, tidy and punctual.
But perhaps the most important aspect to both myself and my wife was the way in which they connected us to the grid after the install and took a significant amount of time out to educate us on how to use absolutely everything, including the charger, all of the software, how to load it on our phones, absolutely everything.
He closed out the day with the comment that nothing was too much trouble. He would monitor our systems remotely on his phone to ensure that everything was operating at optimum - any fine tuning he would attend to, no trouble at all.
He would also provide us with advice as to how to save / optimise our power bill.
At the end of the day - if you're considering solar panels, an inverter and battery - don't go anywhere else. Go to Tim - All Phases Electrical and Solar
