Not working at all
We had a solar system installed in August with the promise that it would reduce our electricity bill, but our bill has remained unchanged for several months after installation.?
First, the company said the system had been installed incorrectly and reset the software, but the bill still did not change. They then suggested that we needed to install a battery, which we did in November, yet our electricity bill has still not decreased in the slightest.

Each time we tried to contact the company, our calls went only to a message service and there was no follow up. We are very disappointed with both the product and the service we received. Feels like a scam

If you want customer service? Go somewhere else!!
The day of Installation they wanted to change the panels, that should have been the red flag to not go ahead. But I did, installers were great and quick, worked well and were helpful and respectful.Now I have no blackout coverage, was part of the deal and very important to this household as we have a person with a disability that doesn't handle blackouts well.
I have emailed and spoken to the staff. Promised they would address. 4 months later nothing. Now they don't answer emails at all.
$25,000 system.
Last email a month ago promised they would address asap.
They talk the talk but can not/will not walk the walk.
