Great service all round
We had such a great experience with Core energy,from start to finish. The whole process was professional, straightforward and completely stress-free.A special mention to Adam, who was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions, listened to what we actually needed and made sure we understood our options before making a decision.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is honest, helpful and genuinely cares about getting the right outcome for their customers. Adam made the entire process so easy, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Battery fitted to our existing solar system
Considering how busy everyone was we thought installation was pretty quick, just under 4 weeks. We had a Goodwe 16kw battery installed for our 6kw system. Installation was very good, quick and tidy job installed in our garage. System was working well, and app was installed on our computer, as requested. We have had quite a bit of cloudy, wet weather since installation, on those days the battery charges to about 80% but is still enough for our use. On sunny days battery charges to 100% around 2pm, which is really good. So in the month since installation we have only used power from the grid a couple of times, if we used the AC, otherwise no power charges and even send some solar back to the grid for our paltry 2c FIT, so pretty happy with our decision. Expect our battery to be fully charged most days during summer.Inverter rating: 5/5

Very pleased customers!
We recently had our solar and battery system installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!From the very beginning, Lucas was fantastic. He was prompt when we first requested a quote, took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. We were particularly impressed that he offered a high-end product at a very competitive price without any pressure to sign a contract.
Throughout the process, we also dealt with Katelyn and Thomas who were both extremely helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. They kept everything moving smoothly and made the whole process feel really straightforward.
The installation itself was excellent. The team worked around a time that suited us, arrived on time and completed everything efficiently. The installation was neat, tidy and professionally done and there was absolutely no mess left behind afterwards.
A special mention to Kyle, the mains electrician, who was fantastic. He thoroughly explained the solar and battery system, walked us through the app and made setting everything up really simple. It was great to have someone take the time to make sure we understood how everything worked before leaving.
Overall, we’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of the products, the installation and most importantly, the customer service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
Would highly recommend Lucas, Katelyn, Thomas, Kyle and the whole team from Core Energy Solutions to anyone considering solar and a battery system!
