Infinity Energy Solutions was established back in 2005 by a young, eager sparkie with a love of the colour green, Michael Negro.
Almost 2 decades on, Michael’s endless drive and commitment has seen his business evolve from ‘one man and a van’ to an exceptional team, with a fleet of vehicles that has taken the Illawarra by storm.
The local community is dear to the hearts of Michael and his family, and this is reflected in the ethos of the Infinity team.
Michael attributes the success of his business to the hard work of the entire Infinity team, who put care in everything they do, and the unwavering support of the Illawarra community.

To Infinity and Beyond – The Only Solar Company That Went the Extra Mile (and Up the Roof!)
After getting several quotes for a home solar system, Infinity Energy Solutions stood out immediately — and for all the right reasons. They were the only company that physically got up on my roof to properly measure the available space and assess the best system for where it would be installed. Every other company relied solely on aerial photos and satellite imagery, which just doesn’t compare to someone actually inspecting the roof in person. That attention to detail gave me confidence that I was dealing with a team that genuinely cared about doing the job right.Sales and Quoting Process:
The quoting experience was excellent from start to finish. No question was ever too difficult, even after I sent through dozens of emails. Every response was professional, thorough, and helpful. They took the time to explain every option clearly and tailored their recommendations to suit my needs, rather than pushing a cookie-cutter solution.
Installation:
Installation hasn't taken place yet, but Infinity Energy Solutions has already gone above and beyond by agreeing to a flexible two-stage install. This allows me time to complete roof restoration work first — their willingness to work around my timeline has been fantastic.
Customer Service:
Customer service so far has been outstanding. They’ve made it clear they’ll assist at every stage of the process, from grid connection to helping me understand how to get the most out of the system (including using the charger). They’ve even committed to following up a few months after installation to ensure everything is running efficiently — something that really sets them apart.
So far, I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I’m genuinely looking forward to the final result. If you want a solar provider that takes the time to do things right and puts customer care front and centre, I highly recommend Infinity Energy Solutions.
