A good experience
Dave from NGSS was very helpful in initially quoting for our system. There were some issues with access for installation due to the height of the roof but the team worked efficiently and it was installed in one day. It is working fine. Just waiting for more sunshine to really test it out but so far all is good.04 February 2021
A dream come true!!
From the moment Sam from the NGSS team arrived, we felt we were in good hands. We spoke about our garden, our bees, our passion for sustainability and the reasons we wanted solar. Sam showed us all the technology that was available, we had a good chat about batteries too - we went through out bills and made sure we got the right size system for how we used energy. Everything was open, honest and informative. A few weeks later, once everything was ordered, the 12 Panel solar PV system (details in image) was installed on our home, and we were able to access the afternoon sun immediately!! The tradesmen were super friendly, and so careful with our tiled roof. We just can't quite believe that it all happened so fast, and works so well and looks SO SO GOOD. We're now awaiting the final inspection and conversion changes for the grid from our electric company so we can put any unused energy back into the grid for credits (4 to 6 week wait) - so once that all happens, I'll report back with our savings - word on the street we can expect close to $0 bills... and that added to the fact that we can use our aircon and dryer guilt free... this is just the best. Thank you NGSS for giving us such a great first-time-solar-PV'ers experience! So glad we went with you!

Great customer service, quick installation
Quick response to initial enquires in solar system. Very informative on system to be installed. Very fast install. Great competitive price. Still waiting upon grid connection...it’s been 4 weeks, not sure what timeframe this should be. Quick response to enquires post installation.30 April 2020
Confusing at times, but it's been ticked off to go!
Quoting process was confusing as we couldn't compare apples with apples.Meeting face to face was of great importance to us and a deciding factor.
Getting the rebate was stressful. We had our application rejected twice and had to make several phone calls to clarify.
Installation was over two days by two different crews, so there was some confusion. They were polite and tidy. They downloaded the app and made sure everything was working before they left.
We were a bit confused by the next step in the process. The app didn't work and so we thought the system wasn't working. Customer service was able to put us at ease and coordinated the next step.
The process still continues...almost there...so time frame is a bit longer than expected.

Produces more than it was quoted, even on a cloudy kind of day. Doing better than expected.
I haven't had to do anything, the guys who installed the system were nice guys. It's all connected to the grid.Panel rating: 5/5

Painless install
Happy to do a home visit and quote. Installation and equipment was as promised and timely.

Do not recommend, pathetic customer service and post installation support
