Sales & Quoting ProcessThe sales and quoting process was excellent. Communication was clear, prompt, and professional, and every question I asked was answered with solid technical detail rather than sales talk. The options were explained well, pricing was transparent, and the team was patient while I compared different system sizes and battery configurations. They were flexible with adjustments and even accommodated a discount request without any fuss.
Installation – Polite, Tidy, Punctual
The installation team was polite, organised, and respectful of the property. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the site tidy throughout the day. The workmanship was neat, the cabling was cleanly run, and the final setup looked exactly as expected. They handled everything professionally and left the area spotless once the job was complete.
Customer Service & After-Install Support
Customer service has been excellent. They handled the grid connection paperwork, made the post-install process simple, and ensured everything was set up correctly. I was shown how to use the system monitoring app, how the battery operates, and what to expect day-to-day. Follow-up communication has been prompt and helpful, and the whole experience has felt well-supported from start to finish.
