Sunterra - absolutely brilliant service and value for money
Sunterra were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very fast call backs, nothing too much trouble with queries and enquiries, invoicing etc. Every last detail was taken care of and meticulous attention to detail as well as punctual. Quote was hundreds of dollars cheaper with highest quality products. Install date was much faster than all others, on time and professionally done. Installers were really helpful and explained everything as well as walking me through the app. Could not fault them. A ‘feel good’ experience from start to finish. Every day i come home and see no kwh on the system, and a waiting logo.... have to keep restarting it. poor quality im losing money every day

SunSolar Energy
We contacted SunSolar Energy in September 2025 and paid a deposit after being told installation would occur within 6 weeks. After the initial quote, they attempted to add an extra $1,000 because we are not in a metropolitan area. We were still told the original timeline would be met.Over the following months we repeatedly followed up and were told installation would happen in November, then December, then “before Christmas.” One week before Christmas they cancelled, saying they could not install the agreed package and would refund our deposit. Four weeks later, we still had not received the deposit refund.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
