Rude installers.
The sales man was great. Local guy with a new business unfortunately the uses contractors which he did not tell me before quote. The installers were not at all good. Cancelled one day before installation then didn’t bring everything they needed. I agreed with the salesman to put the panels towards one end that gets the most sun the installers put them the opposite end then they turned up without contact when we’re not at home. Left cement dust in the laundry11 months later we asked Peter: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Hard to tell as the solar web only worked for a short time. I have sent treu solar numerous emails and phone calls that are not returned to see if it can be rectified.

Installation about to begin - but excellent to deal with through the research & preliminaries. There wasn't much between TREU and the quotes you got me. I just felt a good connection with this blo
the sales/quoting process was excellent. Your website and service is a wonderful resource. a big help getting me through the confusing offers and claims made by some installers
Fantastic installer, but the communication is mediocre
The sales/quoting process was quick and good.The installation was quick, Polite, Tidy and Punctual
Yes they did organize the grid connection after the install.
I have sent TREU solar, and Will directly numerous emails and phone calls that are not returned to see if they can add two or four more panels to my installation they did in October 2025.
I have a string with only 5 panels which can add at least another 5.
