Fairly cheap
They were the cheapest quote. It was a bit of a worry because you get what you pay for. But after careful consideration speaking with multiple solar installers. Hazel from Boost always had answers to my questions even silly ones. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once quote was amended and agreed upon installation was within a couple of days and completed on the day. Installers were friendly and site was cleaned but I haven’t managed to climb up the roof to check thoroughly.After installation was complete, Jacob called to make sure that everything was working fine and updated anything that needed to be done.
I would recommend going with Boost!

$47,000 in Repairs and Damages to a New Home
After reading many review we decided to go with Boost Solar because there was many good reviews so what could possibly go wrong? After installers arrive they couldnt really speak fluent english. We tried our best to talk to them in regards to the work.The install was carried out and damages to the guttering, roofing and concrete walls where noticed on the inspection. On further inspections damages could be noticed all thought the brand new home (3 weeks old). We had dented and scratched guttering to half of the lower top level roofing, we had dented panels from them-walking on parts ofthe roof there shouldn't be. We had damaged brickwork that they damaged and tried to silicone back together. We have conduit running cross ways along a roof into the roofing where they made the roof holes too big and siliconed the holes to cover them up. None of the conduits where run into the cavities and wall panels when they confirmed they would.
After quoting all the guttering , roof panels and the electrical work to rectify the issue we have a bill of $47,000 damages and repair work.
Think long and hard about this company, after admitting liability and damages they have avoided every phone call, ignored every letter to rectify the issue.

Cheap Installation but overall it was ok
6.6KWh system for $2700. Quick installation within 4 weeks. However no smart meter that allows full utilisation of the SolaX app. There is a smart meter from origin provided however doesn’t link into the SolaX app therefore bit pointless really. Aftermarket installation costs $800.Inverter rating: 4/5

Recommend Boost Solar
Everything was smooth and efficient - from the initial online quote and contract (Jacqueline), coordination of the installation (Jeff), the installation itself, and follow-up technical support (Jacob) - all went well. The system was up and running on the day of the installation and we are very happy with the whole process and result. I recommend this company.22 September 2023
Straight forward and easy process
The sales process proved to be quite straightforward and hassle-free. A family member referred me, and I was offered a discount. While there was some sales pressure, especially when I inquired about an alternative inverter and panel system as recommended by SolarQuotes, my request was dismissed in favor of their preferred SolaX and Seraphim panels. This made me a bit uneasy, but the offered quote was very competitive, so I proceeded with the contract.It's essential to carefully review the contract because initially, I was told to make a full payment before installation. However, the contract outlined progress payments, and I communicated this to Jeff, who promptly agreed to the adjusted terms.
I was impressed with the understanding and patience displayed by the Boost Solar team when I had to reschedule my installation twice. This level of customer service was greatly appreciated.
The installation of the 20 panels was completed in half a day, but I noticed some debris on the roof afterward, such as wrappers, cigarette butts, metal shavings, and cable ties. It's important to thoroughly inspect and clean the roof to remove all these remnants. I also discovered a couple of cracked tiles, which I had to repair myself. It's unfortunate that this was not mentioned earlier, but I understand it can be challenging to spot such issues when they are painted and exposed to direct sunlight.
On a positive note, the inverter was installed with great workmanship, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. Offering a 12-year warranty on the inverter and a 25-year warranty on the panels provides substantial peace of mind regarding the manufacturer's product quality. The quality of support from Boost Solar will only be known over time, should the need arise.
In summary, our overall experience was positive, and we highly recommend their services to others.

Very Happy
Recently had a 13.2kw system installed.Originally dealt with Mark who closed the sale and co-ordinates the install to my complete satisfaction.
The install all went to plan with the installers taking their time to position my panels in the most optimal directions generating a lot more power than I originally anticipated.
Following the install, I called back with some technical questions and spoke with Jacob who took ownership of my enquiry and went well beyond my expectations by offering me his direct contact details for any future enquiries.
May I conclude that in my opinion, Boost Solar’s presale and after sales service is to be commented and I would not hesitate to offer my recommendation to my friends and family.
Considering this level of service I feel reassured that Boost Solar will be around for a long time to assist in any further requirements.

Fantastic experience
Amazing experience with Boost solar. Got solar system 6.6kw installed within a week. Travis, Jeff and Debbie were outstanding with their customer service.Sales and quoting process is the best, Travis is one of the best technical sales person i have seen in the solar industry, he had so much patience and knowledge to answer all my technical questions and non technical questions. I did ask about module efficiency, comparing different panel vendors and wealth of information provided.
No followups needed, installation was done perfectly and clean.
Post installation Debbie did all the follow up with my energy provider for grid connection and helped me to utilize the solar system quicker. Thank you Boost solar team!!

Great installation on a very cold but dry Adelaide day. Two storey and large 475W, top of the range, panels were handled and installed proficiently. with care and installed proficiently..
Many changes in the array and panels resulted in contractual changes that were handled efficiently and punctually. Easy access to the Boost Solar staff resulted in a design and installation that was right for the building. And they cleaned up their mess and took away the packaging.Very proficient team and we were on the grid the same day.

Quotation and pricing was spot on. Not expensive and not the cheapest. No additions to original quote. I like that.Lee and his installation team were amazing. The installation was performed efficiently and they were polite, punctual and left no mess. Very tidy workers.
