Great customer service and post install support

Greenvoy 110% all the way from quotation to Power-up.
Every step of the total process, from quotation to powering the system on, was flawless & quick. Everyone I dealt with from Greenvoy was nice, knowledgeable, and skilful. I could not recommend Greenvoy highly enough, & to top it off, they were one of the lowest quotes I received. All done in under 5 weeks, from first contact to fully installed.Panel rating: 4/5

Our electricity bill is already gone
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. We wanted to secure our energy independence with a complete solar and battery setup, and this company delivered a flawless, premium experience from day one. After getting multiple quotes, this team stood out as the absolute best choice price wise and system wise. The installation itself was spot on. Easy, helpful, prompt and good value provider
Easy to deal with. A rep came promptly to my home to look at my solar set up and possible site for battery. Discussed options. Good price on what I got (Fox),Helped with liasion to get the government interest free loan. The loan company they use - Brighte was quick to act and approved the loan despite my somewhat complex financial situation.
Delivery and installation was very prompt after loan was approved - less than 2 weeks. Installation went fine. Installer assisted with setting up my Fox app.
Currently in process of setting up aVPP through Amber which will give me another government incentive payment.
Certainly recommend.

Great experience all around
Great experience from start to end. The sales person was very knowledgeable, professional and took time to work through my requirements. He was very responsive and help to get the right deal across the line.The installation team were very good, they showed up on time, we’re very experiences and completed a very clean installation for what I considered to be a complex install because I have split roofs and the garage is on the opposite side of the house to the power board, I was nervous about this but the did a great job, siliconed every think.
I have been living with the system for 2 months now and it’s been performing great. My limited interaction with the service team has been great, was just getting some advice on the sig energy app setting.

Very good price compared to many others.
Greenvoy had the most competitive price and time frame to install my Tesla Powerwall 3. The installers did a very good job and were great on the day of installation. I already had a solar panel system installed and my original installer could not come close to the price and the time frame to install. These guys installed within a month of taking deposit. I got a similar quote from AGL and they were going to take 6 months to installBattery rating: 5/5

Very happy with my solar panel and battery installation
I made a decision to upgrade my solar battery and to add additional solar panels recently. The battery installation (disconnecting an existing 10 KwH battery and replacing it with a 40 KwH unit happened in late March. The install team arrived on time and had the work completed quickly and efficiently. The additional solar panels could not be done in March and as I was overseas throughout April, it was scheduled for May. I have 21 x 305 watt panels on the roof and originally ordered an additional 9 x 440 watt panels. I decided to increase the order to 12 panels and then changed my mind again and ended up with 14 x 475 panels for a reasonable price increase. My requests and questions were handled professionally and the deal reasonable. I then threw in one more curly one - having the old battery re-installed at my daughter / son-in-law's house - again this was not a problem. The two installations took place yesterday and again, the guys arrived on time, work hard and got both jobs done.Happy to recommend Greenvoy Energy

Happy with the Install
Sales/Quoting process was smooth and support post install was good. Battery was setup well, and system is working nicely. The guys were quite careful on the fragile roof and I think only broke 1 Terracotta Tile which was quite a good result.Some Feedback: Drilling holes through the brick could have been neater, and initially they didn't quote me for things they later required for the job (e.g. a scissor lift), but we sorted it out.

Great value and great experience
I got quote from multiple installer for home battery and eventually landed with Greenvoy. They offer really good price, stuff is knowledgeable and very helpful. installation was on time and well done, plus plenty of explaination of all the technical details with the switch boards, how system works and about the app. Highly recommended.
