Good communication, efficient installation and friendly team.
Quotes were generated quickly. The team explained every step and took time to answer all questions in detail. Installation was quick, professional and to a high standard. Cannot fault IBISS Electrical and would certainly recommend to anyone considering home solar and battery.Supplier Reply:

Highly recommend IBISS Electrical
Glenn contacted me and sent IBISS Electricals quote through within 2 days of being nominated by FinnAfter a final site inspection the price remained as previously quoted.
(IBISS Electrical comfortably beat comparable quotes by others for the exact same equipment).
Once I accepted the price the installation date was confirmed.
The team showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and neatly. NO ugly conduits showing.
I couldn't speak more highly of the onsite team lead by Chris and Jack.
Both guys showed great patience and answered my questions and helped me set up the App on my phone.

Great Technology and Quality Installation
I recently had a solar panel and battery system installed by IBISS Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Chris really listened to what I needed and tailored the proposal instead of giving me a generic package, which I really appreciated.The sales and quoting process was smooth and straightforward, and the team was always quick to respond. They even came out to my place beforehand to check the details and walk me through everything. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to answer all my questions.
IBISS handled all the grid connection requirements, so the system was up and running as soon as the installation was done.
The install itself was excellent. It was clean, neat, and clearly done with pride. I asked for a tidy, professional setup, and they absolutely delivered. The end result looks great and is finished to a very high standard.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the technology and the workmanship. Highly recommend IBISS Electrical.

Friendly and highly knowledgeable advice
Luke at IBISS was fantastic helping me decide what solar and battery configuration I needed; he offered friendly expert, non-pushy advice that was tailored to my needs, easy to understand and included all the latest government subsidies. During installation Luke and the team did a professional job and Luke is still helping me out as I learn how to get the best out of my system.16 October 2025

Chris and his team were great. Made the whole process simple and easy. Gave us lots of information and support. They were very professional responding quickly to questions and enquiries. Fast and friendly
Quick review of my inverter and the problem associated with it. Replied within the next day with a quote. Had a job cancellation the following week and was able to replace inverter on that day. Installation was done efficiently, I was shown the unit and how to operate it.Chris and Logan were both friendly and communicated with me at every stage of their service.

Professional job and an excellent outcome
Very happy with how this went - it felt like a really big financial commitment. My quote was received quickly and followed up by a visit to go over details. I had lots of questions and spent a lot of time working through answers and follow up questions. All questions answered, no problems and not rushed to make a decision. While not the cheapest quote, I was very satisfied that it was a good solution, with a quality product. All necessary paperwork and approvals etc was handled seamlessly - very easy at my end! Good communication on install date and the team was professional and polite. You can tell that they enjoy their work and enjoy working for the business - a very happy crew, which suggests that they work hard for the business to ensure the best job possible. Also good to see, in between jokes, a strong focus on safety and ensuring everyone gets home at the end of the day. Install team arrived on time and no mucking around, got on with the job. Sub-contractor for scaffolding also was good, arriving in reasonable time and set up and packed up without any dramas. Site clean-up was good and I was taken through the necessary details and set up the app. Really good experience and am very happy. If I had my time again, definitely would choose IBISS again and I have told my friends and colleagues at work that IBISS is a good business to work with.Supplier Reply:
