Good experience from initial consult through to the install and handover
Everything went well, installers turned up on time, got in and did the job efficiently, with an eye to limiting the impact to the building and the amount of conduit visibleSales process was good, took the time to explain the options, etc

Great installers
The boys did a wonderful job in and out in no time, replaced old broken tiles for us and left the job site spotless also went through the app with me as well, couldn’t have asked for anything more.Cheers.

All good
Everything happened as we were told it would. The foreman Ben was excellent and provided some after sales help with the app. Cooper ( 0wner) was responsive to texts. We'll go with them when we get a heat pump and an EV charger22 August 2026

Sales/quoting process was very knowledgeable and practical.Installation was very professional, polite, tidy and punctual.
Excellent customer service - explained the new system well. Installed our app and set us up so there was nothing more for us to do except switch to a better energy retailer.

Outstanding service and seamless installation
I couldn't be happier with the experience from Industry Electrical and Solar. From the initial quote through to the final installation, the entire process was professional, transparent, and well-organised.The sales team took the time to explain the available options, answer all my questions, and provide a competitive quote without any pressure. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed about the next steps.
The installation team arrived on time, were polite, friendly, and highly professional. They worked efficiently, kept the site tidy, and completed the installation to a very high standard. It was obvious they take pride in their workmanship.
Customer service after the installation was equally impressive. The team made sure I understood how the system operated, walked me through the monitoring platform, and completed all the necessary paperwork and grid connection requirements.
Overall, Industry Electrical and Solar delivered a first-class experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality solar installation backed by exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Five stars! ?????

Tommy and Cooper at Induatry Solar were outstanding with communication, customer service and speed of installation. Very glad to have linked up with them.10 months later we asked Marc: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Great service and product
Industry solar made getting set up so seamless from Sean quoting and answering all my questions, right down to the boys that completed the install and connection.It was stress-free and the install has been done at a really high standard and have had zero dramas.
