Professional and easy
JC energy was our choice out of the 3 quotes we received from the website their customer service was great in the lead up ensuring we have the right system for our personal needs Dylan was a great throughout from planning to install polite and professional when in the home he and the other fellas did an excellent job on the system it looks like it was installed with care no damage to our house and no mess left behind you can tell it wasn’t just slapped on. System is working perfectly so far we are very happy with the purchase as it has completely wiped out our bills.Inverter rating: 5/5

Great customer service and quick turn around
From the first day we had communications with JC Energy for a solar quote the process was fast and easy.Dylan came out for a face to face quote which doesn't seem to be a service a lot of companies offer anymore.
He was really down to earth and friendly and very thorough and explained everything we could possibly have had any questions about. It just felt like an informative conversation not the hard sell.
He provided us with 2 different quotes on the day, one for battery ready and one for a full battery system, and said we could contact him if we had any other questions about anything. They weren't pushy about getting an answer and gave us a good week before calling to touch base to see if we had any more questions or had decided if we wanted to go ahead.
On making the decision to go with JC Energy and signing the contract we only had to pay a small deposit and wait just under 2 weeks for install. The install crew were very efficient, friendly and tidied up everything before they left including tasking the packaging and rubbish with them.
Dylan called the afternoon of the install to make sure we knew how to use the system and the app to monitor our usage and again told us to just call him if we had any questions.
A week after install he popped back out to check on everything.
We couldn't have asked for anything to go better along any of the process. We loved that Dylan was a constant contact through the process and took us through every step of the way. He made the initial phone call, arranged and showed up for the face to face, designed the system, provided he quotes, is a sparky so got on the roof and installed the system and followed up with everything.
Dylan gave us some great advice on using our system to its max capabilities and was a great source of info regarding energy providers and feed in tariff information.
JC Energy are highly recommended by us and we can't stop checking the app to see how much energy and money we are saving with this system.
Honestly the best and most consistent customer service we have seen in a very long time.

Happy with inverter replacement work
They replaced my inverter with a Goodwe one, promptly and with little fuss. They were very helpful in explaining things to me.
Great service
The sales person was also the installer, so all went smoothly and as discussed. All of the team were friendly and polite. They arranged connection and left a working unit by mid-afternoon.Panel rating: 4/5
