Easy to work with, fast and accurate
Sales and quoting was thorough I had a good idea of what the solar battery I needed was and the options I had available to me. Offgrid took the extra step of checking the last year of usage into account, I simply exported the use from my existing Enphase system. We worked through the quote and discussed the application to the state Government about using an inverter as a battery inverter (rather than a generation inverter). This took all of 1 day.Day and time was accommodated and 99% of the full install was done in a few hours, the last bit was just verifying with Sigenergy on how to read the solar input from the Enphase Envoy S.
Cleaned up very quickly and left a tidy aesthetic install in the garage. I was a bit worried there would be less room in the garage but it fit in with no problem and no lost space.
About 20 other installers refused to install a simple AC coupled battery. Sigenergy even have the AC coupled install instructions on their website.

Perfect solution and fantastic installation
The sales and quoting process was outstanding. My requirements were fully understood, and detailed solution was provided for my review, which was exactly the solution I was looking for.The installation team were fantastic and worked extremely well together to deliver a solar solution that I am very happy with. Tyson ran through the installation with me at the outset and provided a clear and thorough explanation of the system, including a demonstration of how to monitor it via the app, which I really appreciated.
The installation was completed within the specified time window, all of the old equipment was removed, and the team cleaned up thoroughly once the job was finished. Their professionalism and attention to detail were excellent throughout the process.

OffGrid WA are Exceptional!
The process of installing our new 13KW solar panels, 10KW Sigenergy Inverter and 16kwh Sigenergy battery stack from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing with OffGrid WA. My initial talks with the business owner Jason on what he thought we needed to be self-sufficient were insightful, knowledgable and it’s so nice to see someone so passionate about the work they do. The admin team were brilliant, answering any questions I had promptly and organised the install quickly. The team that came to install the solar panels and battery were brilliant. They arrived promptly, were really friendly and finished the job efficiently and wow, the products just look amazing and so far the results of the panels, inverter and battery speak for themselves and since installation we are yet to use power from the grid! Sensational value for money system, installed to an extremely high quality
Excellent & exceedingly helpful & friendly initial sales experience. An unfortunate mistake made for a painful challenge during installation. However, I was satisfied with the response in resolving that issue. I couldn't be happier with the installation team who were extremely skilled & knowledgeable, worked extremely hard to complete what was a complex & challenging job within the allotted time & were professional & friendly throughout.The system itself is excellent, & I am extremely happy with it, with perhaps some minor functional limitations around notifications within the app offering opportunities for improvement - although this is provided by the manufacturer. Value for money was exceptional.

Solar and battery system
OffgridWA were very professional to deal with right though the process. Took the time to explain things and work out the best system for our needs. They were never pushy to make a sale and gave us plenty of time to think it over. The guys that did the install were excellent.Highly recommend this company

We throughly recommend OffGrid WA
The whole process was excellent. A full assessment of our power requirements was made and a clear explanation of how it all works was given. A very clear quote was provided, all our questions were answered. The installation was quick, efficient and very tidy. We have already recommended this business to our neighbours and friends. The follow up has been excellent and we are delighted with the end result. The installation has actually far exceeded our expectations.14 October 2025

Very happy
The sales quoting process was detailed and not pushy. Installation was very smooth with nice tradies. I was lucky enough to get a gap in their scheduling and had the system in within a week of accepting the quote. I'm also very happy with the product and the smarts within the app. I was not aware that the size of the inverter meant we get no feed in tariff. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know.
