The company no longer exists and the Samil contact phone number is not answering, it just goes to an answering service. I've had 2 Samil inverters in 4 years. Now I have to outlay more money for a better brand of inverter as I would never use Samil again!!

Be very carefull dealing with Platinum Solar
After the Sunny Roo inverter they installed failed after only a few months they refused to acknowledge the the 5yr warranty and have tried to wash their hands of it.
I have since commenced legal action to recoup the loss
On the surface they come across as a very honest and professional company
Don't be fooled, you can judge a company by their after sales service, unfortunately they have none
I definitely regret doing buisiness with this company and i believe I'm not the only one

The Kinglong inverter that they installed stopped working and a lot of phone calls to the company resulted in nothing being done they will not return calls. So much for their 5 year warranty, not worth the paper it is written on. BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU BUY FROM.

I was told to install 2 Kw and finish with 10 panels 190 watts. Total 1.9Kw installed. When complained they said plus minus 10 percent but this was minus 10%, bad for me.
After a very dificult to read contract, I was hooked with this company.

Professional and great customer service
From start to finish Platinum Solar Group we’re very professional. The quoting process was very detailed and they didn’t push preferred brands but listened to what I wanted and advised best options. The install was very professional neat and tidy with all rubbish removed. I would strongly recommend Platinum Solar Group to anyone wanting to deal with a professional outfit.Panel rating: 5/5
