Quality. Experienced. Cheaper than rest by $5k

Great customer service, professional installation and a quality system. Superb.
The salesperson, Zoran, was very responsive. Much more so than most others, who didn't seem to interested in the small, simple system we wanted installed. They could install very quickly, within a couple of weeks. The install was smooth and the crew friendly and professional. They managed all the paperwork, and got inspection in under a week after install even shortly before Christmas. Very happy overall.10 months later we asked Matthew: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Has certainly reduced the impact of the electricity price increases this year.21 July 2022

Bad customer service
I got my solar system installed 5 years ago. Got a top spec at that time. Then Ramselec had top people working and now they all have left the company. Throughout the years, I sent multiple messages asking the support to come and fix some low performance issues and never showed up to even check the issue. 5 years running and still not answering calls to support installation that they did.Panel rating: 3/5
