Great local bloke who knows his stuff
James was easy to talk about solar, without confusing the issue extremely reliable and being a local guy I felt comfortable dealing with him knowing that his company was from the area if anything was to go wrong.He was always contactable when I needed any questions answered.18 July 2023
James was great, he explained the system in detail, answered all of my questions and was very professional throughout the buying process

Customer service was good; James was able to help with some questions around my old solar analytics system.
I would not hesitate to recommend Serenity Energy to other looking to install a solar or upgrade to a solar battery like I did

Very happy
James did the quote, got back to us promptly with his very competitive quote and he installed the system. I liked that he wasn’t a salesman, he was factual and practical. He spend the time to explain everything and his app makes it easy for us to see what’s happening with our solar. He says he is on hand to fix any issues with efficiency should they unexpectedly arise in the months and years ahead. Very satisfied, would definitely reccomend. Original ratingsPanel rating: 5/5
