Easy to deal with
Shane from Solar Partners attended promptly and had up to date aerial maps of our roof which others did not have as we had recently renovated. He advised us gently and was happy to answer a range of questions resulting from different advice given by other installers who attended. He clearly explained the reasons for his suggestions based on our shading, budget and current power bills. We are still waiting for the actual install, and will be able to provide a more comprehensive review later.27 February 2023

Great Installer x 2 : Solar Panels and Heat Pump
Both installers are company owners and were happy to negotiate final pricing.Installation went like clockwork : Both work as a team which was my preferred option.
I am in the midst of discussion with 'Origin' energy ( current supplier) as am not happy with their processes of the smart metre.
Apart from this issue, all is well.
Will re. use supplier as thinking about either more panels or batteries and family are also very keen to proceed after seeing op in action.
10 months later we asked Noel: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Most certainly...only issues have been with the elec supplie...Origin...whose reporting is not upto standard and not timely.04 December 2021
Reliable Service
Firstly the quote process was the best I experienced. Shane visited the property and saw first hand what system would be best, and quoted quite differently to others who only used satellite pictures. Not just the default 6.6 system.Installation went exactly as planned - despite some rain on that day. All done in one day, overseen by an experienced team leader who inspired confidence. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.
My energy provider was contacted after the installation as promised.
All round a stress free experience.

A good experience
The quote process was informative and reviewed various options with benefits and disadvantages of each; no pressure to choose other than my informed preferences.The installation was prompt, on time, skillful and untroubled. No damage and clean and tidy after the install.
Grid connection (meter exchange) was arranged with my energy provider on the day as soon as install was complete.(Energy Provider was slower than necessary to do the meter swap but that is not the solar installers fault)
I could have bought a much cheaper system but this one will outperform any other, long term it will offer good value.

Good Old Fashioned Service
The sales quoting process was in-depth had all aspects of sun movement and generation of power expected in Summer and Winter.Installation was on the date promised even though it was a wet day with intermittent showers. They replaced the old 1.5Kw system with a new 8Kw system complete with battery and gateway for standalone usage if the grid failed.
The battery system was a Sigenstore 24Kwh batter which was modular and had internal inverter.
They liaised with Endeavor Energy and completed all the necessary paperwork for connection to the grid.
Customer Service was great and I was shown how the app worked so that I could monitor the system and if I had any questions to call and they would get back to me.
A couple of days later I did have a question and when I rang was called back within the hour to answer my technical question.
I would thoroughly recommend Solar Partners be given the chance to quote on your installation.
