Amazing service
I was very pleased with the entire service.The installation went very smoothly, and within two days of applying for the government subsidy, I had a brand new heat pump fully installed.
Work was quick and efficient, and the site was left clean. I was alerted in advance of the work being done.
My electricity from solar will now be used instead of gas. I am very pleased to know that I will make a substantial saving by swapping to electricity.
But, I must thank Kieran for his awesome support. As a total stress head, particularly using my phone and laptop to fill in required forms, can I just say that Kieran was kind and so patient, giving me time to complete each step. Not an easy or quick task!
The best phone support person ever! I hope Carbon Savers realise what an asset they have in you!
Thank you to the entire team. Speaking of carbon - if we could carbon copy this fine level of service- what a pleasure it would be.

Review
I recently purchased a new electric hot water system through Caolin and upgraded my heating with Laura, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.Caolin was great to deal with — really knowledgeable and patient in explaining how the new electric hot water system would work and how much more efficient it would be compared to my old gas one. The installation went smoothly, and the team was on time and tidy.
Laura helped me design the new heating system, and she was fantastic. She made sure everything suited my home and my budget, and she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. The new setup runs beautifully and is already making a big difference in comfort and running costs.
Overall, both Caolin and Laura were professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend
