Solar install
From the initial face to face meeting with the sales person right thru to installation the process was transparent even when complications arose. The initial plan was not possible when the installers arrived due to issues with our roof space. Installers were terrific, friendly and happy to take the time to discuss possible options. The company owner then discussed the changes but absorbed the price difference due to their error. Install time was extended due to weather and change of equipment required. All the team were up front and approachable, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them
Dishonest
I was sold a system based on lies. They told me my solar system to pay for my electricity and the loan for the solar system and that there would be credits left over. I was told monthly loan repayments would be $188. They are not. They are $408. So in actual fact getting the solar put on is costing me more money than if I hadn't had it done. With each text message or phone call regarding issues I was told, 'Leave it with me, I'll sort it out'. Nothing was ever sorted out. Then after three contract was signed and I told them how much the system would have to make just for me to break even, he went silent on the other end of the phone. From then on there has been no calls or messages returned from him. I'm in a brand new house and the installer's scratched all the gutters. Then when the first instalment of the loan came earlier and over double the price I went to management for help. Now they did get the gutters replaced, but so they should have too. And they paid for my first loan instalment. I think hoping that that would be the end of it. I was told to wait for a bill cycle to happen and see how much the system made. When it didn't do as well as the salesman told me it would, I rewrote an email to management but never heard back from them. Then someone else got in touch with the same issues as myself. That person spoke to management who told them that they would call me this week. Guess what? That hadn't happened either. I would not recommend this company and who are these people who are getting what they are sold? I certainly didn't and I can see from other reviews that I'm not alone ?Inverter rating: 4/5
