Complete disaster
The installation process did not go well.Were they punctual?
They cancelled the first install date (the day before). Two weeks later the install began, sadly without much care. When drilling through my garage wall, they drilled to far and blew a hole in the wall. They installer attempted to make a joke of it. He said "I don't know my own strength!" The hole damaged the rendering in the court yard. Very unprofessional.
Were they polite? Some of them were. Others were bickering about 90% of the time. I think they thought it was funny. I didn't.
Were they tidy?
They cleaned up most of their mess.
How was the customer service?
In a word, poor. They had to come back twice to fix the leaking roof caused by their install. I wish I had never met these installers.
Any other problems?
Yes! Too many to list here. I've been waiting for months for them to fix the problems with my system.

Fantastic customer service
Jeff was amazing to deal with! He came out to inspect the roof and discuss the options available to us to achieve the best results with a solar system. He answered questions quickly and made changes to systems and quotes until we had settled on what we were going to do. He was even happy to organise removal of our old system so our roof could be restored and then organise install of the new system once it was all finished. He kept us up to date with wait times on the battery. Even when the new system was up and running, he was happy to answer questions and provide additional information to help us understand the app to control the battery and manage our power. Couldn't ask for more!Panel rating: 5/5
Knowledgeable no fuss installer
The installers recommended the most suitable system for our needs. Their recommendations were confirmed by similar specifications recommended by other installers. Their price was competitive, and they were onsite doing other electrical work, which made their installation of the solar system a seamless part of the new house build process.We have paid a deposit for the solar system, but it has not yet been installed, because the house build is still work in progress, so we cannot comment on the solar system's effectiveness until installation is completed.
