Top products, very professional & good communication
After talking with a number suppliers we engaged Genevo to supply & install solar panels on our new home in 2020. At the time we didn't have the finances to install batteries.When the federal govt battery program was announced we immediately ran Genevo and placed an order.
We were always kept informed of progress of the order and likely install dates.
The new system was installed on the day stated and went smoothly.
We couldn't be happier with the system and the service we received from Genevo.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar products.

Rare highly competent and attentive professionals
This review is regarding the experience of a Sunpower panels + Tesla battery system install in 2021 and a subsequent Sigen battery upgrade install in 2025.I sent out a detailed list of requirements to seven local installers. Genovo was not only the best price but BY FAR the most considered, knowledgable and professional response and consultation. Prior to signing up to the quote, I had numerous technical queries regarding various aspects of the install and Genovo quickly and patiently answered them all. They also performed a site survey to validate the design and quote.
The installs were conducted very professionally. The communication was perfect both before the install days and during them. The quality of the work was meticulous. Any post install queries I have had, have been responded to and dealt with rapidly and with the same high level of attention and professionalism applied pre-sales and during the installs.
The overall super high quality end-to-end experience of Genovo's service delivery is a rare one in today's world. It really was a pleasure to deal with people who make such efforts to provide such a good service and take such pride in the high quality of their work. I have recommended them to many friends and those friends have had the same outstanding quality of experience as I have.

From start to finish, our experience with Genovo was nothing short of exceptional. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering top-quality service. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision.The installation itself was smooth, efficient, and completed even sooner than expected. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and clearly experts at what they do. The system looks fantastic, performs perfectly, and we’re already seeing the benefits on our energy bill!
What impressed us most was the level of care and attention—no shortcuts, no surprises, just honest, high-quality workmanship and friendly service. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great value with genuine integrity, but they absolutely delivered.they were so good we returned to get out battery installed.

Fantastic Service
Andrew, Damon and the boys have been absolutely fantastic. From the very first assessment phase right through to the installation of the solar panels, the communication, explanation and itemised billing could not have been more precise. The follow on monitoring and cleaning of the panels was also without problem.When the timing was appropriate, we upgraded to the battery backup, and we could not have been more pleased. The system, quotes,rebates have all been spot on. No surprises . The battery backup is absolutely fantastic and the whole system is viewed on our phones.
We can not recommend Genevo highly enough. We would never deal with anyone else, the quality of the product and the honesty of the tradesman is second to none. Thank you Mat and Tina Cherian

Great job
Excellent in every way other than the wait for installation was quite a bit longer than originally expected.Quote was competitive. Installation was tidy and efficient. Customer service was clear and helpful.

Choosing a solar system provider is a minefield so we are so happy to have chosen Genevo Renewables. What they promised is what was they delivered, a quality system at a competitive price.fast and efficient Installation and commissioning of the 11kW solar panels and 32kWh battery was made easy with good communications and prompt response at any questions.
Damon & Andrew made everything very easy handling all the admin, connection to the grid, system configuration etc and explained the operation of the system at handover.

Great installer with customer focused approach
Have had a battery system installed by Genevo. Great friendly team who explained everything to me, helped right through the procurement to install process. Great company great people
Having had Genevo install a pv system 6 years ago which we were very happy with, when we decided to get a battery we contacted Genevo again. As usual the service was exceptional - we took their advice and installed a Sigenergy system and more pv, everything is working great. We then decided to have a EV charger installed, despite being very busy installing battery systems they went out of their way to fit us in so we could have the charger installed quickly, This is the kind of service you can expect from this company and have no problem wholeheartedly endorsing Genevo.Panel rating: 5/5
