Highly recommended. Stress free. Thanks
Highly recommended. They did a Sigenergy battery installation last year. The job was hassle free with excellent communication and service. All the team were easy to deal with and they even followed up to change a noisy fan without asking. The system has been running fault free since. When last month after dealing with problems from a previous installer of my Solar system who was giving me grief I engaged Infinite to sort this out they have again sorted this out to there high standards and full compliance. So far so good
Installation was straight forward, and we are still getting used to it.The company were good as they came out and viewed our property. The other supplier did not come out, and so we discounted them.

Fiddly battery installation
Installation quote process went well. Looked and battery options and tight optional installation site. Helped get the right battery.Great installation. On time, neat. Fitting needed fiddley installation of wires through roof space and use of conduits in exposed areas. All done very neatly. Job done in the day. Very good team. Polite and neat.
Post install service has been great helping me to understand the app and follow up to ensure everything working well. Great experience.

Excellent service and installation
We are very happy with the service and installation provided by Callum and his team.We had a number of companies quote before we selected Infinite Electrical and Solar.
Callum was the only hands on installer who bothered to visit our property all other companies sent sales representatives who could not think outside the box.

The panels and battery were installed neatly, with tidy cable routing, and the team took the time to demonstrate the Solix monitoring and battery management.

Very professional installer and great product
Callum from Infinite came first and was punctual, polite, clear and well informed. The phone appointment booker was also very good.The installation was tricky for them due to the power board being on the other side of the house to the battery location but they did a great job with difficult cabling. Our terracotta roof tiles were fragile and they replaced a lot at their own cost due to the size of the job. The team were all friendly, tidy and professional. We are still waiting for the smart meter install (which is not their role) and Callum will return to guide us through the remaining management once that has happened. Have been recommending Infinite to anyone who has asked.
Thought you might like to know that Damien Slaven from Soltek didn't want to come out until I'd seen his ballpark quote ("don't want to waste your time and mine"). When I told him I was interested in a SIGENergy battery, he criticised the battery and said they'd only been in Australia 6 mths. I said they were currently the most popular new battery and he said "Yeah, well there will be a lot of tears when they go wrong." He repeated this line to a friend of mine who is also interested in a battery. I looked them up and they've been in Australia two years. I was unimpressed with his approach.
Renew Solar were very busy and by the earliest they could come to quote was 21 August by which time we had already confirmed with Infinite.

A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
We used Infinite Electrical and Solar to install a solar battery. Callum was knowledgeable, professional and helped us choose the right system and sized battery for us. We received a prompt quote, and the job was completed exactly as discussed and at the time arranged. The crew that came out fitted the battery expertly and with no fuss, and no mess left behind.A great job from start to finish. Exceptionally professional service
Callum and his team were exceptional. On time, cleaned up after themselves like they were not even there. Except for our awesome new heat pump hot water system. Very happy
I decided to get a second SolarEdge battery. My original installers offered a good price but weren’t able to install until August, so I decided to get other quotes. SolarQuotes introduced me to Infinite Electrical and Solar. They matched the other installers price and said they could install in mid July. In fact the installation was brought forward twice. Awesome customer support and quick response
Found them from solarquote website for quotation to install an ev charger at home. Response from them was quick and including the on-site quotation which was received in the spot. They were able to organise a same day install but my schedule did not accommodate So the unit was install the following week, along with other electrical work I need done.The technician on-site who performed the installation was very professional too and got the job done precisely how I would like.
There was however some issue found that evening but they responded immediately and fixed it the following morning.
I would definitely use them again for any electrical work in the future.

Process from onsite inspection to installation was excellent.Plenty of information for the consumer that was easy to understand.
The GivEnergy Battery charged up totally on the second day and interface with app works well.

Amazing follow-up - great service!

We had some tech issues after install but they followed up well and ensured the final set-up was perfect for us, so very happy!

Exemplary Work, Genuine Integrity, Real Commitment
As a member of the strata committee for our 20-apartment residential building, I worked closely with Infinite Electrical on the installation of our shared solar and battery system. It was a complex project: 52 kW of solar PV, two Sungrow hybrid inverters, two 40 kWh Sungrow batteries, and two Allume SolShare units to distribute solar energy to individual apartments. Infinite had installed many PV and battery systems before, but this was their first SolShare installation.The quality of the installation is exemplary. Cable runs, ducting and equipment layout are neat and logical, and several electrical professionals who have since seen the installation have commented on it.
Working in a fully occupied building brings its own challenges, and Infinite recognised and accommodated them from the start. They were flexible about access and scheduling, even when that was less efficient for them, and they were always polite and courteous to the residents they met. For a strata committee, that matters a great deal.
Infinite also showed real integrity when unexpected costs arose. Before work began, Ausgrid advised that a Network Protection Device would be required because SolShares were involved. This is a large piece of equipment costing many thousands of dollars to supply and install, and it was not in the original quote. Infinite supplied and installed it at their own expense and never suggested we contribute. Later, long-standing mis-wiring was discovered in our main switchboard. Our regular electricians rectified it, but it meant Infinite had to replan, re-cable and reconfigure the SolShare units. Again, they did not ask for a variation.
The project was delivered in stages, with the PV and SolShares installed first and the batteries a few months later, and Infinite met the vast majority of their timing commitments throughout.
When the batteries were connected, a design issue emerged in how the SolShares had been integrated. Infinite worked with Allume and Sungrow to identify the cause and returned promptly to reconfigure the system. Over the first few months of operation, several smaller configuration issues were also identified. Infinite responded to each one properly, including three comprehensive cable routing and phasing re-checks, the last with a Sungrow technical support specialist on site.
Much of the credit goes to the people involved. Managing director Callum Torning is a hands-on leader who clearly sets the standards and culture of the business. Our project lead, Tom Davidson, was on site every day of the installation and for every follow-up visit, and he kept digging until everything was resolved.
Infinite Electrical is a professional and capable organisation, committed to getting the job right and to keep working at it until both they and the customer are satisfied. I would recommend them to any strata building considering a shared solar, battery and SolShare system.
