Excellent service and installation
We are very happy with the service and installation provided by Callum and his team.We had a number of companies quote before we selected Infinite Electrical and Solar.
Callum was the only hands on installer who bothered to visit our property all other companies sent sales representatives who could not think outside the box.

Great to deal with

They do things ‘right first time’ with a team of highly qualified professionals.I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. With every step of the process, from the initial quote to final commissioning, we were treated with professionalism, respect and courtesy. They arrived on time, answered all our questions, and walked us through the process clearly. The team worked efficiently and carefully, protecting our roof and leaving the site immaculate. The panels and battery were installed neatly, with tidy cable routing, and the team took the time to demonstrate the Solix monitoring and battery management.
We felt reassured about warranty and ongoing support. We’ve already noticed more reliable energy availability and expect to see our bills drop.

Very professional installer and great product
Callum from Infinite came first and was punctual, polite, clear and well informed. The phone appointment booker was also very good.The installation was tricky for them due to the power board being on the other side of the house to the battery location but they did a great job with difficult cabling. Our terracotta roof tiles were fragile and they replaced a lot at their own cost due to the size of the job. The team were all friendly, tidy and professional. We are still waiting for the smart meter install (which is not their role) and Callum will return to guide us through the remaining management once that has happened. Have been recommending Infinite to anyone who has asked.
Thought you might like to know that Damien Slaven from Soltek didn't want to come out until I'd seen his ballpark quote ("don't want to waste your time and mine"). When I told him I was interested in a SIGENergy battery, he criticised the battery and said they'd only been in Australia 6 mths. I said they were currently the most popular new battery and he said "Yeah, well there will be a lot of tears when they go wrong." He repeated this line to a friend of mine who is also interested in a battery. I looked them up and they've been in Australia two years. I was unimpressed with his approach.
Renew Solar were very busy and by the earliest they could come to quote was 21 August by which time we had already confirmed with Infinite.

A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.
We used Infinite Electrical and Solar to install a solar battery. Callum was knowledgeable, professional and helped us choose the right system and sized battery for us. We received a prompt quote, and the job was completed exactly as discussed and at the time arranged. The crew that came out fitted the battery expertly and with no fuss, and no mess left behind.A great job from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and can highly recommend Callum and his team.

Exceptionally professional service
Callum and his team were exceptional. On time, cleaned up after themselves like they were not even there. Except for our awesome new heat pump hot water system. Sig battery installation
Callum and his team installed a new Sig battery system with full 3 phase backup. They were extremely professional, punctual and accommodating to my requests. The quality of the installation is exceptional, and I would highly recommend Infinite Electrical And Solar.
Fiddly battery installation
Installation quote process went well. Looked and battery options and tight optional installation site. Helped get the right battery.Great installation. On time, neat. Fitting needed fiddley installation of wires through roof space and use of conduits in exposed areas. All done very neatly. Job done in the day. Very good team. Polite and neat.
Post install service has been great helping me to understand the app and follow up to ensure everything working well. Great experience.
