Excellent communication, professional, great price and great product
I couldn't be happier with my installation! From the initial consultation and quotation to final installation, the process was seamless and Kratos staff were very friendly, professional and answered all my questions along the way. The price was super competitive, communcation clear, and they worked around my availability to do the installation. My Sig Energy battery and gateway have been amazing! I would highly recommend Kratos to family and friends wishing to get a battery installed!! I will be contacting them in future when it's time to invest in an electric car charger.Battery rating: 5/5
Fantastic system, slick professional install.
Kratos were brilliant, I'd spent 8 months in discussions with them about my set up, as we needed to get our finances togeather. They were very patient with us, and I was very particular with the system I wanted installed. This was a big install and they kept me the loop the entire time, the install took 2 days and after an initial hiccup with battery location, everything went to plan. I"m very happy, a very professional, slick neat install. We have a flat roof and initially the panels were set at 20 degree's, we decided we wanted them changed to be lower for street aestheics, this was not a problem the roofing team returned and adjusted the angle, the electrician also returned and connected the hot water to the smart port on the gateway, no additional charges all part of the service.Thanks Kratos and team, the system is working a charm.
