Excellent Service
I recently had a solar battery system installed and overall I’m very happy with the experience. Firoz and his team were very professional, arrived on time, and explained the installation process clearly.Communication throughout the process was excellent, and any questions I had were answered promptly. Right from my requirements to solar battery, pros and cons of it, quotation, all were duly attended and clarified. Delivery of solar battery was arrived on time and installation was completed neatly and within the promised timeframe.

We spoke with Mr Firoz from Nextphase Energy regarding the installation of our solar battery system, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Firoz took the time to understand our existing setup and energy needs, explained the options clearly, and provided a detailed quote the very same day.The installation itself was smooth and well organised, with the team arriving on time and completing the work efficiently and professionally. Excellent Service, great product, seamless communication
I recently purchased a 20.48 kWh battery system from Next Phase Energy, and the entire experience has been seamless from start to finish.Firoz visited our home and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. Rather than pushing for a larger system—as some other companies did (recommending over 40 kWh)—he provided a customised solution that genuinely suited our needs. His recommendation of a 20.48 kWh system was spot on, as it allows the battery to be charged by solar on most days. His nearly two decades of industry experience really showed.
San, an electrical engineer, then carried out a thorough final inspection of the proposed battery location. Shortly after, we received a confirmed installation date, and the system was installed by a highly professional team. The entire installation was completed efficiently in just six hours.
Our system has since been temporarily turned off for inspection, which is expected to be completed within a week.
Overall, our experience with the Next Phase Energy team has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a solar and battery installation.
