Outstanding Knowledge and Superior Customer Service
Simon O'Connor from Ocean Air Electrical has designed and installed 3 different types of Solar Power on our properties.A large Off Grid Battery with Generator Back up system, A Hybrid Solar/Battery with Grid back up, and a basic solar system.
Two of these systems were very large systems, one of which is commercial , and all have performed exactly as per the specifications, have had no down time since installation ( 1 is 5 years old , the other 1 year old), and have exceeded our expectations.Similarly, the basic household system has worked as predicted without any downtime.
Simon's knowledge around the design of the systems was significantly better than other suppliers, and the usage and required system size have turned out to be exactly as was designed.
We required absolute reliability from our power systems, and went for quality components, and this was well explained in the quotation process, and the prices we received was either consistent or better than other suppliers.
Finally, the customer service from beginning to end was first rate.
