Highly Recommend PSW Energy
The Sales and Quoting Process was by far the best at PSW Energy. No pushy tactics, they stand by their service and products. The guys that installed he system were efficient, respectful and Tidy. Our Sales Manager was brilliant and we trusted him throughout the process.29 May 2023
Excellent communications, service and product
From the initial enquiry, through purchase and arranging the installation of a solar retrofit PowerWall2 with Gateway on our 3-phase supply, to install and the PW2 itself, my experience has been top notch with PSW Energy. They were proactive in offering the best value for money, clear in communicating the pros, cons and limits of install options, and very professional in executing the job. An engineer by training, I am also thoroughly enjoying the PW2 app and how it is working - we now use hardly any grid power during peak period, which was our objective. Now if only WA enabled some more solar/battery rebates and VPP plans...Inverter rating: 5/5

PSW 5KW GOODWE INVERTER
From first enquiry to agreeing to purchase our Goodwe inverter we received very good customer service with adequate and constructive sales support and our installer, Dawson did a very time efficient installation with wifi set up and great explanation of the device.
As promised. Good installation. Attention to detail
Polite, punctual and accurate quote and installation. No surprises. 2nd time I have used PSW Energy.They were responsive to my requests.
The system is working as expected.
Would recommended.
