Amazing service

Great service from start to finish
Jake from Reds Power Solutions was fantastic. He came out and inspected my property and designed a few solar options for me to choose from.Jake and his team were professional at all times and got the job done whilst exceeding my expectations.

Great installation experience but terrible after sales customer experience
So disappointing to give this review. Despite a great experience during installation, we needed them to come back to fix some issues with our Enphase solar system that Enphase stated was related to the installation. Despite numerous requests - no contact and no after sales customer support. We will have to find another Enphase accredited group to fix our problem. Based on this experience, we would not recommend them - look elsewhere for your solar needs.Panel rating: 5/5
