Outstanding service & installation
Ben did an outstanding job with regards to providing technical advice during the site visit. He proactively communicated with us when there was an installation delay to minimise any inconvenience. He personally installed the EV charger and walked us through the EV charger app.We were so happy with the service that we going to engage him to install our solar batteries.EV Charger rating: 5/5
Another outstanding outcome
Ben and Adam did an outstanding job.After initially engaging Shaw Electrix through Solar Quotes to install our EV charger, we didn’t hesitate to work with them again for the installation of our 24kWh Sigenergy battery system. The entire sales process was seamless, with clear communication and transparent pricing from the outset.
Ben conducted a site visit and took the time to walk us through the full process, ensuring we understood what to expect at each stage. He also provided plenty of notice ahead of the installation date, which gave us valuable time to prepare and clear out the shed — something we really appreciated.
Adam carried out the installation and was extremely thorough and professional. He kept us informed throughout, explaining the system and its functionality in a way that was easy to understand, avoiding overly technical language.
Following the installation, Ben checked in to make sure we were completely satisfied before issuing the final invoice, which reflects their commitment to customer service and quality.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Shaw Electrix. Ben and Adam have earned our trust and will definitely be our go-to electricians moving forward.
