Great Work, Friendly and Excellent Customer service
We recently had solar panels installed at our home, and the entire experience was outstanding. I met Mathieu and Anthony through my workplace, and they were incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They provided a clear and competitive quote, explained the entire solar process in detail, and patiently answered every question my husband and I had—no matter how many we asked!Mathieu, in particular, went above and beyond, always available to respond to our inquiries, even outside of regular hours. The installation was smooth, tidy, and professionally done—no mess left behind. They also helped set up the app, making it easy for us to monitor our system, and ongoing support has been readily available whenever needed.
I truly appreciate all the help and support we received and would highly recommend this business to anyone considering solar. Thank you again, Mathieu and Anthony!

Fantastic Installation!
I recently had a solar system installed (roof panels and battery) by Solai and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and handled with the utmost professionalism.A big shoutout to Mathieu and Anthony, who were absolutely fantastic throughout the installation. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up perfectly. They took the time to explain the system, answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with how everything works before they left.

Great experience with Solai – Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with
We recently had an 11.4kW solar system installed by Solai Energy Solutions and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to final installation, the team was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly professional.What stood out most was how well they listened to our needs. They tailored a system specifically for our household rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all package. Their attention to detail and meticulous approach gave us confidence at every step.
Since the system went live, we've seen a dramatic drop in our power bills — a clear sign that the system is working exactly as promised. We're so impressed that we've already decided to go back to Solai for battery storage to complement the system and make the most of the new government rebate.

Professional team for a commercial installation
As a business owner running a busy warehouse, I can't recommend SOLAI highly enough. They installed a 25kW solar system for us, and from start to finish the experience was top-notch. Mathieu and Antony, who handled the installation, were a pleasure to deal with—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our operations. The install was seamless, with zero disruption to our day-to-day activities.What truly sets SOLAI apart, though, is their continued service after the sale. Six months post-installation, I was surprised and impressed to receive a call from their team notifying me that our inverter had gone offline. It turns out the issue was related to a change in our Internet service provider—something I hadn’t even thought of—but thanks to SOLAI’s proactive monitoring, we were able to resolve it quickly.
It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, outstanding service, and long-term support. SOLAI delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended for any business looking to make the switch to solar.
