Professional team for a commercial installation
As a business owner running a busy warehouse, I can't recommend SOLAI highly enough. They installed a 25kW solar system for us, and from start to finish the experience was top-notch. Mathieu and Antony, who handled the installation, were a pleasure to deal with—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our operations. The install was seamless, with zero disruption to our day-to-day activities.What truly sets SOLAI apart, though, is their continued service after the sale. Six months post-installation, I was surprised and impressed to receive a call from their team notifying me that our inverter had gone offline. It turns out the issue was related to a change in our Internet service provider—something I hadn’t even thought of—but thanks to SOLAI’s proactive monitoring, we were able to resolve it quickly.
It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, outstanding service, and long-term support. SOLAI delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended for any business looking to make the switch to solar.
